Every time I order, it processes that day and promptly ships. This policy and procedure consistently impresses me and I can rely on receiving my products within two days of ordering!

My experience is great. My best compliment is that Dr. Ginger herself emailed me when I had questions when I first started using her products. That meant a lot to me. She also sent me an article explaining about xylitol. I now use xylitol gum and mints and use it in my tea as a sweetener. I used to have mouth sores, gum irritation, etc. I was miserable. However, after using Dr. Ginger’s products these issues are completely gone. Before finding Dr. Ginger I was going to an ear, nose and throat specialist where I was put on all kind if drugs and antibiotics and none of them worked. I haven’t had to go back ever since I started on Dr. Ginger’s products. Since I am retired I also really appreciate the discount codes that Dr. Ginger sends periodically as my income is limited; but every penny I spend on her products is worth it. I always really stock up when I get a 20% coupon.

I only JUST ordered the Floss, Brush, Swish Bundle - so I can not comment about product itself - but I did have questions and received answers and help - so customer service is great - and order shipped VERY quickly.

I will review product(s) as soon as I receive and am able to give it a fair "trial" period.

So far have used one tube of the toothpaste & a jar of the paste tablets, I swear my teeth are whiter & no burn ! Having been through OLP & then oral cancer this has made a huge difference - no more toxic ingredients for me :)

The Dr Hinger coconut oil based oral care products are a treat, a mouth water well treat. For any considerate of plant based options Dr Ginger is a fine option for oral care.

Your products are super effective and have a great taste. I have introduced them to at least 5 people who continue to use them and reorder after nearly a year. Everyone especially likes the white charcoal tooth powder and the coconut oil mouthwash. Congratulations on such a fine line of products!

Honestly you guys are great!! I found your toothpaste at a health shop in Arizona and fell in love. I love the fact that you have healthy ingredients in all of your products.

My wife and I have been using Dr. Ginger's toothpaste and mouthwash for about 6 months now. Both my wife and I recently had our dental exam. Our dentist checks for the space between the top of the gum and where the gum attaches to the tooth. This space is called the sulcus. Our dentist noticed an improvement in our gum health since our last visit and asked what we were doing differently. The only thing we did differently between our previous visit and our current visit was switching to Dr. Ginger's products. Coincidence, or actual results? I rarely believe in coincidences and since this happened to both me and my wife, I’m going to say ‘actual results’ of using Dr. Ginger’s products. Thank you, Dr. Ginger.
