⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 — Excellent Experience with Dr. Huseyin in Istanbul.

I had my ethnic rhinoplasty with Dr. Huseyin in August 2025 and from start to finish, my experience was truly amazing. The entire journey was exciting and smooth, and I felt well taken care of at every step.

Dr. Huseyin is extremely professional, attentive, and understanding. He listened carefully to what I wanted and understood exactly the look I was hoping to achieve. My results are absolutely fantastic — a narrower, more symmetrical nose that still looks natural and perfectly suits my face. There are virtually no visible scars, and I have no issues with breathing, which was very important to me.

I followed all the post-operative instructions provided by the consultant, and the healing process went very smoothly. The post-operative care was excellent — the admin team and nurses were very friendly and supportive throughout. The hotel accommodation was also wonderful; it was a dedicated medical hospitality hotel, so I met other patients who were having similar procedures, and we all got along and shared our experiences. Having 24-hour nurses on site was a huge comfort and made recovery much easier.

If there’s one small area for improvement, it would be communication, as there were minor moments where updates could have been clearer. However, this did not affect my overall experience.

Overall, I am thrilled with my results and extremely happy with the entire process. I would highly recommend Dr. Huseyin and his team in Istanbul to anyone considering ethnic rhinoplasty. My results exceeded my expectations — truly excellent work and a wonderful experience all around!

The best to give you that ethnic rhino at competitive price without it looking unnatural. Just like you were born with it. He immediately understands the assignment.
And the post-surgery care is just top notch with follow-up and tips to guarantee you the best results.
Only one month post surgery as I'm writing this review, but i can i can already tell you it's looking great, even with my stitches, and will be even better in a couple months.

Extremely Talented Doctor and an amazing team beside him ! I travelled all the way from Sydney Australia to Istanbul Turkey for my Rhinoplasty in August and the entire process was extremely smooth and went perfectly! the team organised my hotel stay, transfer to and from the airport, and to and from the hospital clinic and I was very looked after the entire time and felt very safe (I travelled alone). the surgery was a success and my results are absolutely amazing! i am almost 3 months post op and i am healing extremely well with very minimal to almost no scarring at all. I recommend Dr Huseyin to anybody looking to get a rhinoplasty as he has extremely safe procedures, very successful surgeries and an amazing team! I would do it all over again if i could. I only wanted a natural nose and got exactly that! I’ve been told that you can’t even tell I got mine done. I truly am so glad I chose Dr. Karabulut!!!! Every other doctor in Turkey gives the same pinched botched noses and I do not want to look like I’m trying to be a white woman! I had a lot of questions and things that I wanted the doctor to do and he listened and did it. So glad I chose him.

Poor aftercare. When I left turkey, basically all my texts got ignored or replied in 10+ days. My nose is extremely crooked. My collumella is leaning to one side. My nose whistles. My nostrils are very ugly and asymmetrical. Rib stitches are very sloppy and ugly. Dr K used to be good at what he does. But now i think its just money money money. Also his staffs changes all the time. Its hard to communicate bcs i have to explain all over again to a different staff. When i point out that my nose is crooked, he brushes me off and gaslight me

I travelled to Istanbul from Canada for rhinoplasty and Dr. Huseyin did not disappoint. He exceeded my expectations and my nose is perfect. His team was wonderful, hospital was wonderful, and the recovery hotel was wonderful also. I think that Dr H is THE BEST for ethnic rhinoplasty. Thank you So much for everything.

On October 4th I had my rhinoplasty done in Istanbul Turkey, with Dr. Huseyin, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience from start to finish, which exceeded my expectations.
Dr. Huseyin is a true artist & professional. He took the time to listen carefully listen to my goals, he explained step by step of the procedure, and gave me what I was not even expecting ( a brand new nose with nose bridge).
The day he removed the bandage off my nose, I literally broke down in tears. My result was beautifully balance and finally suit my face perfectly.
His team of staffs were loving, kind, patients. From the consultation to the post op care they were always available to answer my questions.
I’m now 10 days post op, slowly healing while impress with my results daily. Even my breathing has improved when I don’t even realized I had breathing issue from a surgery I had when I was a kid.
I am thrilled, with my result so for. Even though I have a long way to go.

I traveled from USA to Turkey to get my rhinoplasty done with Dr. Karabulut. It was nothing short of professional and seamless. His personal assistants were knowledgeable, polite and very caring. The aftercare was great and the hotel that host me had great amenities and staff as well. The hotel is located close to two shopping malls restaurants among other places. The area is a very safe one and the locals are the most friendliest, kind and genuine people. You are transported by drivers provided in your package and they were great as well. All in all my experience was superb and I would recommend Dr. Karabulut in my sleep.

I would like to appreciate Dr Huseyin’s team, they answered all my questions patiently, their response time is perfect even with the time difference of my geographical location, they answered on time and gave me assurity that I made the right decision. On the day I landed in Istanbul, they were already waiting for me even before I got my luggage,they drove me to my hotel which is 5stars, very clean and spacious, awesome breakfast.

I had surgery with dr Karabulut 5 days ago, and I have to say - from the consultation, the staff at the hotel and the aftercare it’s all been amazing.

Dr. Hüseyin Karabulut is such a down-to-earth doctor who truly listens and pays attention to every little detail. From the very beginning, he made me feel safe and supported, and the whole process was handled with so much professionalism. He even arranged a 5-star hotel with spotless, well-organized facilities that were not only comfortable but also medically equipped, with a 24-hour standby medical team available at all times. This gave me so much peace of mind during my stay.

When I saw the consistency of Dr Karabulut’s results, I walked away from the $4000 deposit I had made to my US surgeon, and was able to get in with Dr K on the day I’d scheduled with my other doctor, fortunately. I absolutely do not regret my decision. I am hard to please, but I can say that he totally delivered!
I got the results I wanted, and functionally my breathing is back to normal.
I’m a doctor as well and the most difficult part for me was traveling to another country for medical care. Still can’t believe I did! I traveled with an arsenal of “protective gear” within my capacity - I did not need any of them thankfully. I love my results and 💯 recommend Dr Karabulut.

I have made the best decision to choose Dr. Karabulut as my rhinoplasty Doctor. Dr. Karabulut specializes in complex revisions, thick skin surgeries and ethnic rhinoplasties(the types of surgeries most doctors avoid/reject operating). He is also an ENT specialist, where he will fix the underlying breathing complications and nasal deviations. He is a calm, understanding and caring surgeon. He will listen to you, and will answer every question patiently. He will make the best nose that is suitable for your face and a nose that is functional after the surgery. He responds to any questions/concerns during the healing process promptly. Not to mention that he has hundreds of complicated surgery experiences and the before/after pictures on his IG page, you can check it out as reference. I would recommend him %1000!!! Do yourself a favor: Be the best version of yourself, and choose this Doctor without hesitation!

Absolutely vile service and result. I travelled to turkey from the uk to get a rhinoplasty in august of 2023 my rhinoplasty through dr pilus which was performed by Dr Husseyn Karabulut. Long story short, he ruined my nose and face I merely asked for more definition but hes left me with a short upturned nose which I didnt ask for and I have a retracted columella as a result of the surgery and I also have deep and messy incision scars. When i approached this doctor via whatsapp he responded with baseless threats and said he was going to get his lawyer on me. Stay as far as you can from this DR
