Dale came to the house to provide a quote on work to our guttering. He gave a quote and seemed very pleasant and we agreed on a date and time that day. I received a follow up email and another email the day before confirming the appointment. HE DIDNT SHOW UP. All I could find was a landline number that was disconnected when I tried to call it. I sent an email to the same one we'd been corresponding through and was ignored. Incredibly unprofessional and a huge waste of our time.

Dale seems to know his stuff. No fuss, just work.A previous man who came to adjust another part of the guttering advised me the whole lot needed replacing. I was less than keen to do this as I am fond of my old metal gutters! Dale repaired two leaks, one front and one back of my small terraced house. 5 weeks on and the repair still seems to be holding.

Came to repair a downpipe that fell down. Very professional and helpful too. Would use again.

Dale repaired my gutter happy with that asked to wash my gutters he said he be back on the following thursday no show phoned left a message no reply he see seems a nice man i was very dissapointed

Dale’s work was carried out professionally, nothing was too much trouble for him, excellent rate given to clean my gutters and facias. Highly recommend.

We are really pleased with the work Dale did in cleaning the gutters and facia boards. The communication before he arrived was good, and whole way in which he went about his work was clean, safe and organised. Totally professional and friendly service at a very fair price. Highly recommended.

Dale is very good. He did break our gate lock whilst on his round but came back and replaced it with a new one.

It’s nice to find a window cleaner who cares and goes the extra mile. I’m sure many tradesmen would have just left and never returned!
