Customer service is great

Customer service is great, fast responses thru e-mails without problems.
So far, I’ve found my favorite scents unless I get a sample card I’m sticking to the one I have.

Two Years Down the Drain

I used drift for over two years but unfortunately, I had to cancel my subscription due to AWFUL customer service. Recently, they changed their policy to where if you would like to change the date of your subscription, you would need to email their support team. Seems weird because it used to be you would just click "edit" and click the new date on your subscription.

So I emailed support one week before my order asking to change the date. Sadly, I was never answered and a week later I saw a charge for $30 on my account. I emailed support again asking them to cancel and refund the order only to get no response. Four days later, I comment my experience on their Instagram and they DM me saying they "Want to make this right" they ask for my name, email address, and order #. I give it to them only for an automated response of "A Drift Goods advisor will be with you momentarily!" that was 24hrs ago and they still haven't responded.

Now I got an email confirming that the order has shipped. So at this point, I'm kinda done with Drift. I don't know if this is ScentBird being big business and forcing new practices on Drift, but it's a same my support for them had to end like this.

*UPDATE*

Drift finally got back to me and oh boy... I wish 0 Stars was an option at this point. They stated as such:

"After reviewing our records, it appears that we have not received an email from you at our customer service email hello*at sign*drift.co, requesting to change the date of your subscription. I’m sorry if this has led to any confusion on your part."

Now here's the rub, Drift is trying to deliberately avoid any and all fault for this issue. There site clearly states:

"Please Contact Us At -Support*at sign*Drift.Co - To Update Next Shipment Date"

That right there states that entire point of emailing hello*at sign*drift.co to change the date to be false. They are also stating you don't need to email them to change the date. When unfortunately, that is incorrect when it immediately states to do so the second you click "Edit Shipment Date". I am just beyond taken back by how incredibly unprofessional and unable to simply make things right Drift has been.

I’ve been using Drift for years

I’ve been using Drift for years, and it’s easily one of the best subscription services for keeping both my car and home smelling great. Their subscription model makes everything effortless—new fresheners arrive right on schedule, so I never have to think about replacing them. The scents are high quality, not overpowering, and they last much longer than typical store-bought air fresheners.

What I really like is the consistency and design. The car fresheners look clean and modern instead of cheap or bulky, and the home scents do a great job of keeping the space feeling fresh. After using them for so long, it’s just become part of my routine.

Overall, Drift is reliable, convenient, and delivers a premium product. If you want a simple subscription that keeps your car and home smelling amazing without any hassle, they’re definitely worth it. 👍

Everytime I contact customer service…

Everytime I contact customer service through email no one gets back to me! I have requested to only get the open air fragrance and you have sent me three lavender refills. I do not like lavendar and want to switch these for open air. I also wanted to know if i could purchase wall diffusers separately. It would really help if yoy had a customer service phone number. It's getting fustrating and I really dont want to cancel my subscription but I might be left no choice.

Missing Product…

I would like to share my feedback, but unfortunately, my order arrived incomplete.
After several emails back and forth, I only received the diffuser. The refills were missing from the shipment. I was informed that the refills would be sent separately; however, I am still waiting for them and have not received any further updates.
I would appreciate it if you could please confirm when the refills will be shipped or provide a resolution as soon as possible.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

I love the product

I love the product. The scent last for a long time. I went to car wash, and the guy said your car smell so good. I showed him the drift. I have one in the basement. My guests ask what smell so good.

Keep you trapped in subs

Product is fine, however I’ve tried cancelling my subscription twice due to now, their website constantly crashes on the cancellation confirmation page. How “convenient”
Feels very disappointing and dishonest as the product itself is high quality

I have attempted to cancel this…

I have attempted to cancel this subscription but to no avail. I continue to get messages and emails from them. I liked the product I purchased but did not realize I was signing up for an endless subscription with a company that is impossible to contact.
