I ordered from them never got any confirmation acknowledgement and they will not answer emails. Terrible customer service service. Thought I would give them a try oh well. I have been using this knock off brand I get from Amazon never an issue and smell great. Drift all hype it seems

Avoid this company like the play they are nothing but a rip off you never get any good through trying to deal with them or their customer service. I got robbed for the original order never came, but I paid for it and subscribed oils came. I paid for them, but because I didn’t get the original order I couldn’t use the two oils that came so about $19 and some change for the order that didn’t come $28 and some change for the two oils I got that I couldn’t use because I didn’t get the diffuser and the original order. I have been emailing this company back-and-forth for months on end. I even did a claim through my bank which the company wouldn’t honor so yeah this company absolutely sucks in their products not that great either it smells like cheap bro. it’s no Pura for sure.

Hit and miss on how long the scent lasts. And they get you on the subscription every time which not only forces you to contact them to cancel but you must contact them to change the delivery date. They also do that cute little thing where there is no notification that the subscription is being shipped. And of course there are no returns. Dirty all the way around

Scent doesn’t last, a pain to cancel subscription. Caused damage to both sun visors costing over £300 to replace. Very poor customer service, almost a month waiting and still no refund on new visors, the scent leaked on to them causing a rippling effect. Stay clear.

Average scents, but what a bunch of scammers!! Please Aviod. automatically subscribe you then the website works perfectly until you try to unsubscribe. just errors out and i've tried multiple devices on multiple internet connections

I saw drift on Instagram first and I also found this wood air fresheners at supermarket. I picked two pack of Amber scent and smell great on first time but it faded about 8 days. I saw their Instagram advertising again and left a comment it fades quickly then customer support contacted me and she told me that I got wrong one and she guaranteed one pack last 30 days and sent me replacements. I thought their customer support is great. But that replacements faded quickly again. I spent four packs in a month and all faded less than a month. They say cheaper prices on advertisement but their webpage has different prices. And scents faded quickly so that is why they want to sell off this product at a rock-bottom price. The Amber scent is wonderful, but it's a shame that it doesn't last long.

The product just ordinary, but once you ordered, you are automatically put on subscription without you realizing it.
This is BAD! and it is hard to cancel. So, do not buy from them.

Hate that it is a subscription! Got scents I never even ordered. Pain in the butt to try to cancel subscription. Web site is a joke. I tried numerous times to connect with the company never got a response.

The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with! First, I was somehow set up in a subscription when I chose one time purchase. Then, I receive three orders within a month, when it was supposed to be once monthly. I have another one about to ship! I do not want any of these! The only way to contact them is through email, and that goes unanswered. One person answered and said they couldn’t find my subscription and never wrote back! They are taking my money without my permission. I started leaving reviews on Facebook, someone contacted me through messenger. Anastasia said she canceled my subscription but said I would still be charged for all the orders I’ve received against my will!!!!! This is the absolute worst customer service and the biggest scam!!!!

I bought a Drift air freshener, and the following month my card was charged for two more without my consent. It turns out purchasing from their site automatically enrolls you into an aggressive auto-ship subscription that is very difficult to track and cancel. Watch your bank statements closely. Unethical business practices!

The scent was really strong for about 3 days....it faded fast and after about 8 to 10 days....I couldn't smell it at all. I was very disappointed with how long it lasted.

Please do not order from Drift Goods. I inadvertently was set up for a subscription after I purchased a BOGO $13 deal then received another Drift order for $20 about 2 weeks later. That’s how they make their money. And the worst part is the scent was overpowering and only lasted about 2 weeks in my car. This is such a ripoff! Please do not order from this company. They need to be shut down.

I ordered the stone and the initial scent straight out of the package was good but it didn't last long. I drove all weekend with my windows down and the stone dried out in those 2 days. So I decided to order another one to see how long it would last without the wind. The scent was faint after 9 days. I will NOT be ordering again.

Bought 2 of these and after 8 days they’re both done. For the price I’d expect at least the full 30 days so to say I’m disappointed is an understatement and I won’t be using again.

Scent will only last last 2 weeks enable, they will set you up for autopay.Without your consent.

I ordered 2 wooden versions. I did not sign up for a sub subscription nor agreed to a subscription. Next thing I know money is withdrawn from my account and they sent me two more that I did not ask for. I quickly went to the website and figured out how to cancel the subscription. I’ve never signed up for. Seems like when you order they automatically keep your payment information and subscribe you without permission. Meanwhile, though the sense smelled absolutely amazing after two days I could no longer smell it unless I put it to my nose. Extremely overrated definitely not worth it. Doesn’t last at all and they’re very sneaky with their subscriptions. There’s no way to contact Customer Service on their website. Definitely will never order again.

Was hooked on the idea, as I love anything scented (candles, reed diffusers, oil diffusers etc) so I ordered two plug in diffusers and scents. The scents are horrendous, I have no idea how anyone can give them good reviews. The lavender smells like a men's perfume, pleasant enough but nothing like Lavender; the "Grove" scent is absolutely horrendous, fully synthetic and just gives me a headache. Also, they dont accept returns lol I asked (had to email customer service!) to return one of the diffusers since its unopened and I won't be using their product and they said they are okay to make an "exception" in accepting the return but shipping is on me. What a scam this whole company is, I do not recommend buying anything from them

i’ve been seeing these everywhere and wanted to give them a try. i was so excited, the fragrances sounded amazing and would look so cute in my car. the order took FOREVER to arrive, i went to my order to see the status and realized, unbeknownst to me, i was automatically signed up for a subscription. luckily i was able to cancel it. FINALLY my order arrived and the scent lasted like two days.

I bought the Drift car freshener in wood, thank God because most people are complaining that when their stone one arrives its broken. Any how, I bought 3 of the drift fresheners, and a bunch of scents. I opened it, put it in the car, the smell was so nice, but honestly, it didnt even last a week. I was very disappointed, and NOT impressed. Second off, I put it on my visor, and again thank God I read others reviews. They had said that the clamp ruined their visors, so I ran to the car, and sure enough it started doing the exact same thing to my visor. I took it right off. Now it remains clipped to my plastic car mats. DO NOT clip it to your visor, DO NOT put it on any fabric in your car as the oils may leak of and stain your fabric. These are all things that I've read from others or experienced myself.

Bought two first open smell to stong two weeks later you cant even smell maybe weather was to hot and it has dried up quickly not sure i dont think i would buy again
Update even i thought i paid through paypal and did not open an account monthly subscription was there lucky i did cancel it before be aware!
