Don't fall for the Drilla pillow hype. Horrible customer service
I was SO excited to make a purchase of 2 pillows and 2 cooling pillows slips. Sadly, as I hit the check out button I noticed ( even though I only added 2 to the cart) I was charged 4 pillow slips. I emailed with in minutes with no reply for three days and then was told my order "shipped" but once delivered I could return the items just contact customer service . My order took over 4 weeks to be delivered. I contacted customer service SAME DAY. its been over 2 month and no reply. Don't waste your money and fall for the reviews, I was sucked in but you don’t t have to be, bad customer mer service, bad product, and now i'm out cash and still not sleeping.
