Bluff - internet not working - no connection

Terrible experience. I wanted to terminate the contract, had to do it per telephone, and during the phone call I have been scammed and pushed to switch to WINSIM, where I was supposed to get a Guthaben and saved some money for the last few months of my contract before the 24 months would have ended. I never received a Guthaben, and overall I had to pay much more money, plus the internet connection was never working. Customer service personnel not able to speak fluent German nor English and they were not able to give me sure information about how much money they would have still kept from my bank account.
It is a cheap company but in the end they try to bluff you and they are absolutely unreliable. Shameful!!!!

Drillisch the biggest SCAMMER!

I cannot login to their portal to see my Contract , each time asking me to login with this 4 digit Password which I never had from start, everytime I try to login it wont either accept my email address or password so I decided to cancel the contract and it all started ......

For months I tried to speak someone , wrote to them etc but they passed me onto a debt collector, I amde instalments to pay and somehow I deactivated the number too. But the came two huge bills to pay through the debt collecting company and they were not very helpful either to solve the problem. Anyway, I am going to take this matter to a solicitor because I cannot even log in to cancel my contract . I managed to speak two people on the same day , the man hung up the phone on me , 2nd time I rang they didnt make me wait so long but the female colleague(?) took my call and she was so rude telling me off and the other man was telling stuff about me to her while she was telling me off. They sounded like they were in their living room and having fun with people. This is a big scam and fraud !

WATCH OUT! SCAMMERS!

It is a scam company that deliberately prevents you from having any communication with them.
They never provided the service and just took the money.
It was impossible to terminate the contract due to refusal to accept letters or emails.
They only talk to lawyers at all.

The People on the hotline lie to you about the conditions of the kontrakt. Furthermore ist the cancelling of Tarifs within 14 days return not working like stated in the e Mails.
They will scam you and tell you whatever they want to get you to accept a kontrakt.

The worst ever company

If there is lower than 1 star level, i would vote for this company. You get a contract and no service is conducted and keep receiving invoices and now the warning letter from the debt collector. I think the company is gaining money by running those kind of services.

Total scam, top to bottom.

The only decent thing is the connection. Sometimes unstable, but overall acceptable. But everything else is pure horror - their website, their customer service. Want to change something about your profile? Good luck. The only thing you can set up without problems is a new paid service - that always goes through without an issue.

When I tried to close my contract, with all dues settled, a customer support agent outright scammed me. He insisted, “there’s always something wrong with such old contracts,” and claimed he couldn’t cancel mine. But then he had a “brilliant” idea: change my contract to PrePaid, and then cancel the PrePaid one. I knew this was a complete scam - you don’t need to convert an existing contract to PrePaid just to cancel it. But I was so exhausted by this company that I almost gave up fighting.

Total scam, top to bottom.

Cheap, but predatory if you need any support

I was happy for a bit, since they have cheap rates and work OK.

However, their data package is very bad. 5GB, or 7GB, after 4 years with them, and in 2024, is just not enough. The other options (10GB offered WHEN I TERMINATED THE CONTRACT) are not much better.

But the bad part is it is a company that works in a predatory way. If you switch to eSIM or want to get an eSIM, you need to pay 15 euro, and wait for a physical letter. This is terrible, because most phones and companies now offer eSIM. It's also not trasnferrable, so if you switch phones, they get 15 euro. This is the scam of the eSIMs. I avoided this fee by switching to a better company :).

Also, when you give them notice of termination of your contract online, they send you an email asking to call them within 6 days to confirm it. To be honest, this also looks shady to me, as they are hoping you don't read the e-mail so they can charge you again.

I could live with the 5GB and cheap rates for a while, but the moment you need any kind of support or service, everything is bad and expensive. If it hadn't been for those things I'd give 4 or 5 stars. They should learn from Pepephone, in Spain: cheap, but incredible service.

Pay them for nothing the next 2 years?

Stay away from Drillisch Online GmbH. We booked DSL Internet, after 15 days on the day when they promised to establish a connection (they gave a time slot when Techniker from Telekom should come) nothing happened. I followed their guide for Fritzbox precisely and it was still redirecting to anschlussinfo.de.

After endless hours with tech support the next day they were telling me that it is my mistake, they finally agreed to make Stornierung and even sent an email promising to do it. 1 month later they sent an email about Rechnung we have to pay, but we cannot even see it because account on their website was blocked the day they promised a Stornierung.

Now they again insist that there is nothing wrong on their side. I was able to connect to o2 and Vodafone with my router, so clearly the problem is on their side

WORST COMPANY EVER!
After they take money from you that they shouldn’t they try to sue you, when you should be suing them. Don’t make a contract with them, even if it’s the cheapest offer. Besides, the connection is really bad with this company and the website is obsolete and has a horrible costumer service. Go to Congstar or any other company.

Avoid this company like the plague!

I'd give this company 0 stars if I could. I had to get lawyers involved with Premium Sim after they were charging me twice every month (and for 6 months they couldn't even tell me why. It turns out I had another identical contract I didn't even know about and wasn't using -- I didn't even receive any documentation of it, let alone the SIM card -- but rather than cancelling it and refunding all or even part of the money they continued charging me twice, saying too bad). In the end I got my money back but only after getting a lawyer involved. Plus it was very stressful and time consuming. I thought I could breathe a sigh of relief during the last month of my contract when I was in Australia, since I wasn't using my phone at all, apart from home WLAN. But even though I had the roaming switched off, they were still charging me for data! How is that even possible? After I returned to Germany, I was happy to finally be able to escape from them and start afresh. I signed up for WinSim, foolishly not realising it belongs to the same company. When I saw Drillisch on the bill my heart sank. Now I'm locked into another two year contract with this nightmare company. Just recently they charged 1 MMS as 9 MMSs, but won't say why (they gave me a list of possible reasons, but none apply to my case). They even charge for incoming text messages when the sender is in the same country but using roaming (but the sender is paying for these. WinSim is double dipping)! They have about 20 different PDF docs explaining the terms and conditions but of course they know that it would take at least two full days for any potential customer to read through all the fine print, and that most therefore don't, because it's too time consuming. Especially since there is no English version (for foreigners it takes even longer to get through it all). Honestly, avoid this company like the plague! You'll have nothing but trouble. The only positive thing is that they answer messages in a timely manner. They are polite, but they always have an excuse for everything, no matter how reasonable your situation/argument is. Also, instead of being asked if you want to opt into something, the onus is on you to opt out if you don't want it (and most of these things you don't know about until you are charged). I'm sure their tactics to extract money in this deceptive manner are illegal. My advice: sign up for Aldi Talk. Everyone I know is using them and never have to deal with any of this. I wish I had followed their lead. It may cost a Euro or two more per month on the face of it, but at least what you see is what you get. No nasty surprises (such as bills that are anywhere from two to ten times what you signed up for)...

Unresolved Billing Issues and Poor Customer Service - A Disappointing Experience

I recently had a rather disappointing experience with Drillisch Online, which I feel compelled to share with fellow consumers. The ordeal revolves around a SIM card purchase from "Drillisch Online GmbH" on August 18, 2022, and it has left me frustrated and dissatisfied.

The primary issue I encountered was the repeated billing for a payment that I had already settled. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the matter through communication with the company's representatives, the situation remained unresolved over several months. My initial payment via an invalid credit card was unsuccessful, so I made the payment again through a bank transfer using my husband's account. To my dismay, this transaction was never acknowledged, leading me to reluctantly pay an excessive amount of €108.06.

The lack of responsiveness and accountability from Drillisch Online's customer service team was particularly concerning. My repeated requests for assistance in resolving the issue were met with a disheartening silence, leaving me feeling utterly ignored and undervalued as a customer. Despite my efforts to communicate with the company's representatives, I have never received any response, exacerbating the frustration of the situation.
Moreover, the refund period for the undelivered product had expired, and I was not offered any compensation for this oversight.

As a consumer, I expected more transparent and efficient service from Drillisch Online GmbH. The mishandling of billing matters and the failure to promptly address the situation raised questions about the company's competence and customer-centric approach. I also expected adherence to EU regulations that safeguard consumer rights, but unfortunately, this did not seem to be the case.

In conclusion, my experience with Drillisch Online was marked by unresolved billing issues and a lack of satisfactory customer service. The inability to rectify the problem and provide a timely refund has left me with no choice but to give this website a One-star rating and If I could I would give -5 Stars.
I hope that future customers will be spared from similar frustrations and that Drillisch Online will take the necessary steps to improve their services and customer support
My opinion: Never try Drillisch Online GmbH.

Ripped off!

A scam with Handyvertrag.de. Charging me for sms and calls within EU (usually not too much so I never complained) and lately also for roaming (always EU) while they have never done it before and there is a EU law regulating this.
Furthermore, this month on the 1st at 6am they sent me messages I used more than my allowed Gb in Germany. They claim is for September but on September 30th at 23.15 I got a message I used 80%. Now charging me €30 more than my contract. Ridiculous.
I filed a complaint against them to the consumer protection agency and I invite everyone to do so.

Scam

The worst there is. I bought a phone with a tarif for 24m and after that period they automaticaly charged another 2 months for the device payment. With their logic, if you take a device with monthly payment of 100e for 24 months, it is possible that they charge you for the same amount another 2-3-4 years, as long as you dont tell them that 24 months period is over. I broke all contracts with them and that costed another +-120e. Agents dont want to answer some questions over the phone and they direct you to write a complain or they hang up. Absolute scam, with all their subroviders under drillish.

I wish I could give it zero stars

Cancelled my contract and moved out of Germany- they told me all was well. Turns out there was some 8 euros somehow I owed them, apparently

They didn't email me or anything
instead sent a letter to my home which I had already unregistered

And they kept on charging me, in the end instead of 8 euros suddenly I get an email from a collection agency that I must pay 123 euros

Really what a horrible thing to do.

BIG TIME LIARS AND CHEATERS

They are a horrible mobile service provider, probably the worst in Germany. Since you take postpaid, they take advantage of you the second you step out of the contract. I was near the Germany-Switzerland border, and got connected to a Swiss provider for a very little time, they identified that and slapped a bill of 200EUR. Never take them -> there are big brands like O2 or Aldi that provide competitive prices and are prepaid, which means you will never be cheated
