The product is awesome! But I got auto signed up for a subscription (EVERY TWO WEEKS) and then I reached out to customer service because I couldn't log in, but no one answered. So I had to pay for 3 bags to try settleds flavor because no one would help me or assist with cancelation or refund:/

Shocking delivery
It's who you use to deliver the item. Evri in the UK is shocking. We still haven't recieved the item as they have delayed it again. They are very unreliable.

Product Received.....Mostly Intact.
The product I received was well packaged, but one of my 4 packages of powder had a hole in it and had leaked out. Thankfully, the pouches of powder were in a ziplock, but the inside of the bag and the other pouches were all coated in the leaky powder. So -1 product for me I guess.

Great but chunky
Paradise Potion tastes great! And it's quite healthy. I've slotted this in as my weekday lunch and it's a pretty nice kickstart into the afternoon. One negative is it's very hard to mix so you're drinking chunks - my whey protein mix does not have this issue.
Going into my second week and I still find it to be worthwhile.

Not worth it
The apple cereal flavor was good. My shaker cup came broken and leaks. I contacted support twice and they asked for pictures. I sent them and have been completely ghosted. At the price point, it's not worth the risk of getting something broken and getting ghosted.

Disastrous Mess!
All of the protein bars were melted. The cookies were all crumbled and the drink mixes had torn open and were all over the inside of the box. Don’t think I will order again.

Amazing for the price and convenience
I was honestly not expecting this to be as amazing as it was. i was expecting it to be rather chally and very protien shake like, and it was quite the opposite, the flavor is very rich and it is extremely filling. cannot reccomend enough

Terrible Customer Support
They shipped my order to the wrong address. When ordering I miskicked the autofill. I attempted to correct this error with customer support immediately after placing the order. Customer support said they would fix this several times and never did. Even after a full month their system still has the wrong address. Do not trust them with your money.

Great taste and service
I have tried most of the flavors. Cinnamon toast and paradise potion are by far my favorite. I usually get my order within a day or two after ordering and it keeps me going. This is all I eat in the morning and keeps me going until I eat lunch in the late afternoon

Clumps and chunks
I bought the Paradise Potion flavor. The taste is good, but the drink is always clumpy. I have tried mixing in multiple different ways. I have tried powder first then milk, milk then powder, mix by shaking, mix with a blender. I still have chunks and some chewy bits in the drink.

I wanted to mention that there are real coconut flakes in this flavor that will not break up even with a blender ball. It is worth mentioning each shake should be made in a shaker cup with the blender ball to ensure the optimal drinking experience. I never got my order. Support hasn't responded. Seems like no recourse.
E: while support wasn't able to help me, it seems like the delivery guy accidentally dropped it off at the wrong building.
Revising my review to 4 stars. I really liked the settled shake, probably the best one so far. The meal bars were not as good.

Experience of something new
I enjoyed the taste of the bar and the 4 single packs that I had ordered through the bundle and I was taking a risk by trying this to see if it could help me loose weight. I'm slightly over weight for a person my size and was looking for something to help me shed some pounds.
