Favorite drink

Terrible Customer Service

I bought prime from the website and I placed quite a lot of orders. A few of my ordered showed up 3-4 days later, however, all my orders were marked as delivered. I contacted Yodel about this and they said I should speak to the sender. The when I spoke to Prime they sent me back to Yodel. I then finally managed to get Prime to contact yodel about this. They got back to me saying that Yodel had delivered everything and there was nothing that could be done.

Yodel provided proof of delivery and it was clearly evident that only 3 of the 11 boxes had actually turned up but Prime decided not to help.

Then a few days passed and I received 6 more boxes from Yodel as they hadn't delivered them previously. A day or 2 passed and I hadn't received the last 2 packages, so I contacted Prime again and they, oh, one of them was cancelled and the other is lost, so we can give you a refund for them. Up until I contacted them, they had no intention of letting me know about this and helping me out here.

Now, moving back to the boxes that arrived. 3 of the boxes were damaged pretty badly, so I contacted them and they said they would help me arrange a return for them. At this point I had had enough and just wanted to return everything, as I couldn't be bothered dealing with Prime again.

So, they asked me when I would like Yodel to come pick up the boxes, I gave them a date and they booked a collection for that day, however, they never came, and once again, when I asked Prime, they said they were unable to give me a reason and now I've had to reschedule again.

I've lost my patience with them and if they miss collection again then I will have to get my bank involved in this.

So, IF YOU BUY FROM PRIME BE READY FOR THE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My order wasn't delivered

My order wasn't delivered. The courier left in safe place even though I never requested this.

When I got home, no parcel.

The above is yodel fault ok but the customer support from prime has been shocking, waiting 10 working days before they can file a claim, still no refund or parcel

Terrible

Terrible, service.

I WILL NEVER BE ORDERING FROM PRIME AGAIN.
Scammed me for £65. They said my parcel was delivered when I wasn’t home. I got home and it wasn’t there, so I emailed them. I contact prime support straight away and they told me to wait 10 working days, as something they marked as delivered before delivering. So I wait.
No prime arrived in the 10 working days.
Then they are now claiming that my package was delivered, when it wasn’t and they are saying they can not replace or refund me. DO NOT ORDER FROM PRIME, THEY WILL SCAM YOU ASWELL!!

I ordered the KSI Bundle and a case of blue prime.
