Delivery notice on January 28 said to arrive in 24 hours. Nothing days later & no response from delivery service. Now 10 days letter & 2 emails to DP with no response. Meanwhile UniUni is still looking at the warehouse despite showing it was on a truck for delivery on Jan 29.
Ordered June 21, delivery promised June 26, then on June 26 tracking said it hadn’t been provided to the carrier yet. Tracking then revised to say it would be delivered on June 29 and was out for delivery; and the end of June 29, the date was revised to July 5. These are wine-like beverages that are extremely affected by heat - sitting in a UPS warehouse would ruin them. Proxies customer support did not respond for six days and only regurgitated the tracking info.
