I had an extremely disappointing experience with Drip Culture Jewelry and will not be ordering from them again. The website indicated that my item would be delivered within 8-14 days, but it arrived after that timeframe. When I contacted customer service, they were unapologetic, unhelpful and showed no willingness to assist, despite the fact that the product was unusable by the time it arrived. I strongly advise others to consider more reliable alternatives to avoid similar issues.

Over 2 and a half months & I still haven't recieved my pendant. I've ordered similar custom pendants through other companies and it show up in weeks. After a 2 months contacted them through e-mail. They said it would be sent out within a week. I waited 2 weeks nothing. I finally got a shady track your package e-mail that said it could take up to 17 days to arrive. I'll believe it when I see it. Don't trust this company to come through for you in 2 months. Not gonna happen & still curious if they are even legit.

Got my order in about a week and I'm impressed with the quality.

I ordered a necklace and pendant that I saw that I liked..It didn't take that long to receive my order I ordered a 16 inch skinny cuban and they sent me a rope chain. I then sent a email regarding the wrong necklace and they responded with a tracking number for the correct necklace. The necklace came within a week. 16 inch as I requested..

Do not order from here, it’s a scam. It says 8-14 days for arrival it’s been 14 days and I have nothing to give my husband for his birthday. It had been 8 days and they still did not ship it so I requested they cancel the order and after that they FINALLY shipped it! I will be disputing with my bank because they lied about shipping time.

I was searching for a gold plated apple watch band. They advertise an 18K Gold watch band and said its gold plated. It is actually just gold colored stainless steel. That is NOT the same thing. Also, I didn't realize their stuff comes from China, so shipping time was VERY long. Now I am in the process of returning their junk. Clearly all the reviews on their site are fake especially since there is no where to actually post a review on their site. I regret not checking the reviews here first.

The experience was amazing. I ordered a custom pendant and they made it really fast had no problems answering any questions I had. The custom pendant had a lot of sentimental value so I had a bunch of questions and they were so nice about everything and the pendant turned out amazing. I wear it everyday as a tribute I love it!

This company is a scam. They not only send you items that are beyond poor quality, which come from China by the way. You are expected to ship them back to Canada to get a refund.

DO NOT buy anything from them.

Scam alert!!! There’s so many things wrong with this fake company and site. They are a dropshipping company importing fake goods from overseas that can be purchased on Amazon for 1/4th of the price. Your order takes weeks upon weeks to receive. I haven’t gotten my order yet and it was placed weeks ago. They use fake reviews using Loox which is a Shopify review system where you can write your own reviews and check “verified”. So upset placing an order with these scammers. I can’t find a single legit satisfied purchase from these shams. They ruined Christmas. Just go to Amazon and type in what you see on their site, you’ll get it in 2 days and so much cheaper. Better than waiting weeks!!

Horrible quality. My 13 year old son bought a chain, with his birthday money, and the clasp broke in the second week of normal wear. The website claims “lifetime warranty” and when I go through their email to get a replacement, they say the warranty deductible is $40, on a $70 necklace. Absolute fraud, do not buy anything from them.

Appalling service. Claims lifetime warranty. Necklace received, and when having it altered, the local jeweller pointed out the low quality, warped, thin, faulty nature of the product, and that there must be a manufacturing defect. I feel scammed. I reported the issue to Drip Culture and they took no responsibility, blamed the local jeweller for trying to make money off of me, and refused to honour their own warranty. Stay away from these people, not to be trusted.

My order with DRIP CULTURE JEWELRY was canceled out of nowhere with no explanation is to why the cancellation occurred after a completed paid transaction.....and the phone provided on the site is a Boost Mobile information line (289-778-1493)

Absolutely amazing jewelry. I bought a few things and I was pleasantly surprised! Everything looks exactly like the pictures or better and the shipping was super fast. Also it never fades and I shower with my chain everyday
