Replies quick and thoroughly to questions/issues
The customer service reps get back to you quickly and work hard to resolve issues. I would have rated a 5 star but the order status was not updated which is why I reached out to customer service. I was able to learn that the order was processed but was not able to get a tracking number yet, which is not his fault. Great customer service in all the interactions I have had with this company thus far.
