The driver gave us the wrong card when…
The driver gave us the wrong card when we left to the airport. Then I came back from my holiday, I showed the card and got dropped off at the wrong parking spot. The driver told me to pay him to get me back to the airport. Then I received a new card with a new phone number. Still got the same driver on the phone! Called a number from the website.. long story short. Two hours later I was still at the airport. The driver came by 3 more times and was rude. Finally he drove to the right parking area but I already ordered an Uber.

Definitely recommended
The parking shuttle bus makes circles of around 30 minutes between airport and parking. Everything works smoothly and even if you have just missed the bus, it will be back for you before 30 minutes passed. The ride to airport takes 7 minutes. The bus is brand new and staff is helpful and friendly. Definitely recommended!

Nobody was at the parking lot office. I was calling the contract number on the webpage I got in order to contact with the shuttle bus driver. Instead I reached the customer service, but they speak only German, after my question if they can speak English a little bit, they immediately hang up. Then I reached another lady, with good English, and she ordered me to call the number I was at that exact time calling... xd
Finally shuttle bus appeared on the parking lot.
- no communication at all
- no chance to redirect your call to any English speaker
- unclear information on the reservation
So, if your luck, there's a chance that you'll be on time at the airport, I almost missed my flight
Stay away from that place!

Easy booking, safe parking and fast transfer to and from the airport. We booked an XL-parking which was necessary. However, not all of the XL-parkings are even big.

Secure parking with prompt service was certainly not the motto of this parking service
I am disappointed that Parkos who I had booked the parks service through had so misrepresented such a park service, the 2.5 star Google rating speaks for itself, it is not a park service it is am abandoned warehouse.

It took 45 minutes for the van to take us to the airport. The 1st van was full, the 2nd as well. Transport capacity is not levelled to parking reservations. The drivers drive like they are on a racing track and play competition with eachother. Never again.
