Promptly honoured autobooking refund policy

Subscribed to the autobooking service, but we were unable to secure a test within 7 days. My son was fortunate to find a cancellation via the government website and so I requested a refund against the refund policy. DriveBot promptly honoured the request and the money is now back in my account.

Signed up to the auto booking service…

Signed up to the auto booking service as my daughter had a very tight window she could take the test where she had been learning to drive. Took about a week and we got the change of date to exactly what we wanted - very pleased

Quick test date booked

Paid for automatic booking as our son was desperate to get a test before his A level exams. We had a test date booked within 2 weeks of signing up. He took his test yesterday & passed first time.
