Excellent customer service

I dealt with Ben Hughes who helped set up my account and made it all very easy for me. I have regular contact with Ben now to check on how things are going and help with any queries I have. It has been excellent good customer service the whole way through

I hadn’t thought about a fuel card with…

I hadn’t thought about a fuel card with only having a small business until Ben Huges contacted me to tell me about the benefits and savings on fuel. I thought I’d give it a go and let Ben have the necessary details to get me started My card came on time followed by my PIN number, started to use , no effort the emailed invoices came though a few days later and are paid by direct debit which makes it easy to keep track of.If we work locally we save say £7 a week if we travel it can be £30 Ben makes contact every couple of weeks to make sure all is well, just wish I’d had one sooner

Fuel card customer care.

To start. Fuel prices 20% cheaper. That certainly goes along way in any business. But also customer care.i have weekly personal calls to check everything is ok. And iron out any problems,especially in my case being at the older end find it hard moving with technology. But Ben Hughes an employee at drive card has been patient and most helpful. Well done. We do still have true customer care.

Long term customer

We've been with Drivecard for years and the quality of the service is always top notch. In an unregulated market, Drivecard's prices are clear and transparent, with no unexpected service charges. The details that come with each week's transaction record have it much easier to track CO2 emissions data

I’ve set up a number of accounts for companies I’ve worked at and Barbara is so easy to deal with and has a very friendly personality, if I ever have an issue she jumps on it and sorts it out and our weekly chats are looked forward too

Drivecard Fuel Cards

I have been a Drivecard customer for several years now. My account manager Andrew calls me weekly and does his best to be the cheapest provider. There is a substantial saving on pump price. Keep up the good work.

Credit to Andrew.

Andrew is very polite never forgets to call a credit to the company. I always enjoy our conversations he is very informative. I also feel you can’t do anything better than the company is carrying out. It is also good to have the same account manager for more than a month, as I have to endure with other companies.
