Complete scammers

Got me to pay upfront for a car promising next day delivery. Didn’t deliver until nearly 10 o’clock at night the next day by which time it was dark. The next morning I realised this was clearly a deliberate way of covering up the car’s condition. Black smoke was spilling out of the exhaust and coming into the car choking me. An independent mechanic inspected the vehicle and found many issues. I contacted Drive Hub Cambs for a refund which I was told I would be entitled to (14 day cooling off period) but they have completely ignored me and I am now out of pocket by nearly £3000 with an undrivable car outside my house.
