I ordered 12 Premium shirts- Extremely Disappointed

I ordered 12 Premium shirts, which are supposed to be better than the normal Driven shirts. They are more expensive! The shirts arrived in a unorganised bunch, having white marks all over. (?marker lines) Not in the expected shirt bag seen in previous orders. The quality of the shirts were exactly the same as the normal Driven shirts. The sizes of the shirts were random and no 2 shirts were exactly the same. Some shirts did not have the Premium Driven logo as described, and some shirts did not have a collar tag indicating the size or brand. Seems like the shirts were made as quickly as possible with no attention to detail.

I am extremely disappointed with this order. Our golftrip is in two weeks and nothing has been done to rectify these shirts.

Something has changed at Driven since last year. Last year we couldn’t be more pleased with our order. Unfortunately this will be the last time we utilise Driven shirts for our golf trips.

Don't waist your money

Don't waist your money! The waiting period is much longer than 2 weeks. Extremely poor communication. Poor quality fabrics. Items received didn't look like the website images.
I wanted a refund, because of poor quality and workmanship as well as sizes being completely wrong, but they refused and insisted on fixing the problem. That took another 3+ weeks and wasn't right the 2nd time either. After requesting a refund again, they ignored my emails. Money down the drain.

Poor quality and late delivery

Ordered shirts well in advance more than a month for a golf tour. Total of 72 shirts and 24 jackets ordered.
Shirts arrived yesterday - sizes are not printed on them and the inside of the shirts has ink stains.
Jackets still not arrived and tour is tomorrow.
Lack of communication and accountability with excuses that factory moved.
This is our 6th tour of this size, will be the last time we use Driven due to the poor management.
Ordered from them previously for smaller stuff and quality was never an issue. I don't know what changed but they lost a lot of future business

Wrong product/colour, refusing refund and took to long

The golf jerseys we ordered took 3 weeks (they said 2 weeks) and is definitely NOT GOLF jerseys but merely jerseys. it looks NOTHING like the picture, we ordered grey and the picture shows the product being grey on the inside and having a grey zip, we received blue tops with woolish inner and white zips that are very cheap. Fabric and print even looks faded. THEN they refused a refund as we had no time to reorder as they suggested because the tour started in 48hours. And now NWS Sports is emailing me not even Jaco Potgieter the owner of Driven. So i just lost R12 000 and they wont even answer when i call.

Fabric not great.

Their service and delivery are superb, 5 out of 5 for that. The issue comes in the quality of the material used to make the shirts, the fabric doesn't breathe at all resulting in lots of heat and levels of perspiration. Such a pity as the designs are great.

Very late invoice

The product is great, and the delivery was about when i expected. But I had to wait forever for an invoice. And the query I sent was ever answered.

Upon reviewing your case, we have identified that the waybill number DMTKKB was indeed generated and dispatched through The Courier Guy. They delivered with a pin so you had to give the driver the correct pin to get the parcel.

Outstanding Service for VYBN Esports jerseys.

Jaco and Driven Golf was outstanding from the start. The Quality of our shirts are really good. Jaco made sure that it was exactly as requested. On top of that the delivery was also really fast. I would reccomend them for anyone looking for custom printed shirts. As they have exceeded our expectation.
