Worst program i have seen for years
Worst program i have seen for years.
It stops all the time, and have to be restarted.
If it finally mange to download a driver, you have to install it manuelt, because the program can't do it automatick.

Poor service
So just got this at 20:55 UK time and I have no licence key. Site is really bad with very little information and have no one to contact. No confirmation email after paying for and downloading. So update on the review. I received the licence key, once my payment was authorised and gone through. However keen to get my drivers updated on the computer I straight away went on to the site and updated drivers. Upon a few minutes it crashed again I loaded it and crashed again. I ask for help and went through all the trouble shoots. I had tried already. This had not sorted my issue so on to live chat again and asked for help. Again same trouble shooting. So I ask for a refund and now just waiting for a refund. Let's see if they stick to the 60 day money back amd refund swiftly.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

Terrible. Reps spoke extremely poor English. Not able to understand. Requested person without accent. Non cooperative. Argumentative. Told you to cancel. I would cancel at bank. You still continued to call and email. Just made things worse. Will not recommend you to anyone

I paid one year subscription however each day the driver fix is asking for payment before it will update the drivers. Seem to be a scam site. Beware

They falsely claim to have a Money back guarantee
They claim to have a Money back Guarantee but its an absolute lie! I purchased the software and used it the day of purchase. I was met with nothing but error messages and the software literally did NOTHING. I contacted their "customer support" twice and have received ZERO responses from them. It has been over a week now and still no response to any of my messages. DO NOT trust this software or this company.

All the 5 star reviews are fake...I mean...if you read them you can tell. Easily! This company is a scam...100%... a total scam. Their software does not work... there is no "myaccount" section to log into... total BS. BEWARE!!!!
In the response, they said that I should connect with them using live chat. That would be great except the Captia image is broken so you cannot ever connect with them with live chat so that’s a bunch of BS. Lol

Scammers!!! They use the well known scam group paddle.net who hold a 1.4/5 on trust pilot. If you so much as download a trial they WILL take money from you without asking. Useless criminals.

Useless
I purchased Driverfix Pro because updating my drivers manually was confusing and difficult. However, for most of the drivers that needed updating, Driverfix would have an error message and require a manual installation anyway. Seemed incredibly pointless getting the pro just to treat it like the free version.
Support did respond quickly however, cancelled my subscription and offered a refund.

This is completely useless
This is completely useless. I paid the fee and entered my key number. Everything appeared to be OK. But when I tried to update the 20 drivers which I was told needed updating all that happened was each one was marked "Error". Raised the matter on the support page. I did get an acknowledgment but that was all. Very disappointing.

do not download driver fix or pay for any of their subscriptions. driver fix is malware if you do a quick search on google, many have fallen for it. they literally don’t even let you cancel your subscription on their website, telling you that you have to contact your bank to request a cancel. telltale sign it’s a scam, they just want your credit card info.
