Useful software with helpful support.
I've been using Driverfix for a couple of months now, and it's very useful for keeping my hardware's drivers and software up to date. I recently did a component upgrade to my personal computer, and my license key became invalid. Thankfully, their live support works well, and now I am able to use the Pro version without having to create another subscription. Overall, 5/5. Hope they keep up the good work!

I had been having issues with my product key. I had tried to get a hold of customer service a few times with no help. I decided to try the online chat and the friendliest person, Nick DL, helped me. He had me up and running in 5 minutes. He is a life saver and I appreciate customer service like this person.

There are popups non stop
There are popups non stop. So when I try to install the drivers like it wants to. It asks me to pay again! I have the proof of payment on my credit card. Do you wish me to report you for fraud? I am not getting the service because you want to get paid each time and that was not the original agreement! Your system is very flawed or fraudulent. Enough of this kind of activity on the internet! failed to download... really a scam..
