I have booked a cpc online. I got an email with confirmation of the payment and thats it. I called customer service and was told im gonna get a link via email. Never happened. Now they are not answering the phone. Please avoid the hassle and choose someone else. Not professional at all!!!!!

I worked as an a administrator for the Ashford Kent branch for 6 months & was verbally abused, gaslighted and often ignored by another member of staff!
Despite advising both branch directors nothing was said to the other member of staff and at the end of my probation I was told they couldn’t fault my work but because I didn’t get along with the other member of staff they wouldn’t be taking me on! Utterly disgusting way to treat someone who even worked one weekend for free/unpaid to help with thier annual audit!!!!
With hindsight it’s been a relief not to pass my probation as the other girl, who still works there, made my working life hell on earth & was so horrific to me I had trouble sleeping due to her unprovoked vicious nasty treatment towards me. Despite me making so much effort to find common ground she was unbelievably rude & had no manners at all.
She refused to speak to me most of the time even about work & put her hand in my face on more than a few occasions so we worked in silence for 9 hour shifts which was soul destroying

Avoid this place as the two directors literally look the other way if you’re being bullied and/or ignored & do nothing to help you culminating on asking you to leave instead of sorting out the serious staffing issues
Disgusting toxic atmosphere in the office and talk behind a lot of thier drivers backs when they leave the office too
Previous staff members have even bought legal action on them but they didn’t change

I worked as a driver for the Uxbridge branch. Had no problems with them. Got plenty of work with rates always explained and paid on time. The manager is very good person.
