Don't buy a Citroen from this garage the after sales is stressful and zero the sales just laugh at you

I had cause to require urgent work on my car and had my car sent to Drivers of Prestatyn. To have the most amazing service and quality work done .Noel the service manager was truly outstanding from start to finish. With his help he removed all the stress I had. All the staff were very professional and caring to my wife and I. I cannot praise this company enough. If you have a Citroen vehicle just go here for the best service.

i TOOK MY CAR IN PEUGOT PRESTATYN FOR MOT MY CAR WAS INSPECTED ON ARRIVAL NO DAMAGE WENT TO COLLECT IT FROM A DARK CAR PARK THE NEXT DAY FOUND THE DRIVERS DOOR WAS DAMAGED SPOKE TO NEAL JONES WHO REPLIED THAT IS YOUR FAULT FOR PARKING IN OUR PREMISES

Very unfriendly service desk agent. When my Citroen Dispatch’s engine warning light came on and it went into ‘limp’ mode while I was on holiday, I was directed to Drivers by another garage that had run diagnostics, but were not equipped to deal with electrical issues. The Drivers service agent was extremely unhelpful however and bluntly told me that they were fully booked and couldn’t look at it. When I asked if there was a date that they could look at it, I was told in another 14 days, which was well over the end of my holiday. I was not offered any advice or names of other garages in the local area that I might try and the agent appeared to be totally uninterested and unsympathetic. I can only assume that Citroen don’t want to encourage brand loyalty in North Wales if this is the way they treat their customers and are happy for them to have to drive another 100 miles in ‘limp’ mode in order to get a repair.

Don't take your Citroen back for a manufacturers recall. They will give you every excuse in the book why they can't honour it. Would definitely not buy Citroen.

How really very refreshing to buy a car from a dealership who are not only incredibly efficient but incredibly honest.

My dealings were with Rob and I was buying a new Citroen C1. He happily talked me through everything and managed to do all the paperwork for me which made life so much easier.

I went and collected the car which I can happily say I am over the moon with.

I honestly could not recommend them more highly.

Helpful and professional salesman, I didn't feel pressured into buying a new car, all the paperwork was explained throughout the buying process. Every question I asked was answered in detail.
When the car was handed over all the functions on the car were explained.
Also all the emails I sent were answered the same day.
I received a great trade in price on my old car.
I would definitely buy from Drivers again and I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Whilst all of the car buying aspects were up to scratch purchasing a service contract from Drivers, who use PSA Finance, had been a complete nightmare. By all means buy vehicles from Drivers but avoid anything to do with PSA Finance. They seem to take monthly payments as and when you're they feel like it and trying to find out why (via the dealership) is akin to herding cats! Why any dealership is using a company with 91% of 1 star ratings and an overall rating of 1.5 is beyond me. As I said earlier, buy from Drivers as their service is very good but avoid finance if it involves PSA Finance

Bought quite a few cars over the years not had a problem, until now took a test drive in one car before lockdown really liked it went back a few weeks later it was sold showed us another car sales man said it was exactly the same as the one we test driven we bought it found it had no reversing camera went back sales man said oh I thought it had , not happy so now we have to pay if we want on put in I feel like I have been miss sold and they said it's our word against theres basically called us liars never going there again ,

Recently traded in my Kia for Citroen. The cost to change was very fair. My thanks to David T who allowed my new car to sell itself. At no stage was there any pressure to buy.(Mind you I did know what I wanted). My thanks to Drivers of Prestatyn for car trading as it should be.
