Poor communication, said they would refund a unit that keep saying start recording stop recording repeatedly. Went ghost and I just can’t be bothered, I’ll throw it in the bin and move on.

Poor communication, product not in stock, possible scam. Positive reviews seem to be from staff and they don’t respond to request for refund. Responded to their email immediately so they definitely received it. Stay away!

Just go buy a blackvue or thinkware. Ordered end of November, had no communication from them until I emailed them, was told there’s a delay. Camera didn’t come until end of January. Got it installed by auto sparky (mid February), it worked for about 2 days, then it would continuously start/stop recording like every 5minutes and stay off for 5 minutes sometimes entire journeys. Done the usual reset and reformat the 64gb supplied SD card, reached out for support, initially told to buy the 128gb card. Pushed back on this, after a bit of back and forth they sent out a new front camera in March.Plugged in and fine for a day then the same issue (start/stop recording), reached out again, even offered to go to the supplier for support. Crickets about that, offered me a refund or to send out a 128gb SD card. Said I would prefer a refund. Now to get a refund I’ve got to get the camera disconnected ($250) after paying $300 to get it installed and send it back. I’m out of pocket $600 and $850 if I want refund. Don’t waste your money. They maybe Brisbane based there is no support at all. I’ve also got to make a video of the issue. Just let people come to your shop front instead. DO NOT BUY this setup.
Ordered front and rear dash cam units…
Ordered front and rear dash cam units which arrived last week. Front unit has a very poor, low quality mounting bracket that broke when trying to reposition the unit. Have been totally unsuccessful trying to hook it up to the Viidure app, the instructions provided are terrible and you can't get any support from them either via thier chat or email. I'll be contacting ASIC if I haven't had some sort of response in the next couple of days. Reviews are clearly fake and negative feedback on forums are consistent with this being a potential SCAM!

I would not rely on this outfit!!!! This has proved a very regrettable experience to say the least. I ordered a dashcam well before Christmas and well in time for the fast delivery offered. It is now end of February and no sign of product or even tracking update. I got one email reply to say sorry but it's being shipped, but that was 2 months ago. My subsequent chase-up email went unanswered till I posted complaints.
PS - It arrived in the end but only after 14 weeks and persistent chasing. Wish I'd gone elsewhere.

My product was faulty and customer service were awful. Highly recommend stearing clear of them.
They have now refunded me in full and demanded an amendment of reviews.

I ordered 3 dash cams before Christmas, the same as the other reviewer, and haven’t received them and haven’t heard from DriveVision. Their website DIDN’T say out of stock. Don’t buy anything from them. I’m just lucky my bank refunded the charge but I had to cancel my card. I’ll definitely be contacting Scam Watch to report them.

Scam company do not buy from these cockroaches. I have had same experience as everyone else fully paid order and no product sent. Emails were replied previously but that has now stopped.
***update**** commbank are treating this company as a definite scam and have refunded my purchase in full. I have since received an email from drivevision saying my order has now been sent but it definitely has not. Definitely a scam company hopefully they get shut down.

Placed an order that said order would despatch before 31/12 am still waiting, have tried countless times to contact them with no luck.

DriveVision Dash Cam slow delivery
Be cautious about ordering a dash cam from DriveVision.
I ordered and paid for a front dash cam plus a rear dash cam option and a Micro SD Card option on 1 Dec 2024. It is now 22 Dec and on enquiring twice to DriveVision I have been advised today that product supply is due in at DriveVision and my order will be shipped within 1-2 weeks.
I will continue to post on success with delivery, or failure to deliver.
UPDATE 10 Jan 25: I asked for cancellation/refund on 2 Jan 2025. Despite two emails I received no response ... AND THEN the Dash Cam package was delivered 40 days after I ordered it. I have not opened the mail package and have requested a refund along with commencement of the return process (in accordance with the vendor's website process).

I ordered goods. They were sent to the wrong address. Then returned to sender. Despite sending multiple emails I've had zero contact.

Placed an order with the understanding that order would be within 1 to 2 weeks, four weeks later, over 10 requests for response, chat page on website does not work and no option to leave a review on their page. I finally have received responses, 1 to tell me they are changing their email system, 1 to tell me goods will be despatched, 1 to tell me goods despatched and 1 to ask me to change my review on Trustpilot. I have done this but I wouldn’t use them again as their contact protocols are not good.
