Top notch customer service
While this is a wonderful product it does not work for my current living condition. We get our water from a well and it is obvious we need to do something different for filtration. The support team at Drives we're very responsive and they were able to help me very quickly. Great team to work with. Thank you

I only left a one star because that's the only way to get the comment box to open.
They offer you the shower head at a very attractive price but they fail to mention that it does not include the hose. It also does not mention the need to purchase the filters both of which take the purchase from being in the $30's to close to $200. When it arrived it was cheaply made. The attachment to the shower pipe is cheap plastic and leakes. We literally took the crome coding off the plastic trying to tighten it to get it to stop leaking.
After installation on the third time using it the shower head broke off of the hose attachment. Both ends cheap plastic.
Upon reaching our and advising the company they would not offer a refund or a replacement hose. I tried to return the shower head and they refused. In the filter order it was confusing on purpose and I ended up receiving 12 filters. I tried to return unopened and they wouldn't take back. After the nightmare a few weeks later I get another filter in the mail. When I called yo ask why they said I signed up for automatic delivery of filters. More deception, im sure it was in rhe fine print.
They billed my account close to $40 dollars for it. They mentioned I had 30 days to return that ONE but mentioned the other 12 could net be returned.
Bad cheap product, terrible customer service. Not worth the money or the time.
Another company does mention a cheap copy version of their product being on the market, this must be that cheap copy version. Govern yourself accordingly.

Hello. I cannot use it yet because there is no hose with the shower head. At purchase there was a note that the hose is included. Also your site is not user friendly because the customer cannot figure out what was bought and the price of each item should be attached to the items. Buying experience is a mess!
