Since I’ve been using some of the living, good daily supplements along with excluding the bad foods and timing the good foods I feel better and look better at age 65!
I also exercise for about 20 to 25 minutes a day with a couple of days rest in the week!

I am glad I came across DLG products and I get to also listen to him every Wednesday morning whenever I am chance. At a time when my health was going down, I came across him on Facebook. I was looking for something natural (natural supplement) to better my health. I got DLG vit-D, omega +Turmeric, Greens Superfood, magnesium, immune support. Taking all these at different intervals has made a great difference on my body. I feel good. There are some I have not taken yet but hopefully will do because of the difference I feel in my body. I hope to better my WBC, it drop due to chemotherapy. I have been taking the products since February 2025. Thank you DLG and Team.

I was a member for about a year and a half. I learned about supplements. I watched exercise classes that I did. I ordered a sleep supplement that helped me go off medication that had side effects. I continue to order the sleep supplements. Life changing. Also I tried the omega and D3 with K2. And cookbook. I still use the books. Excellent advice. I wish I had a Dr. like that here. Excellent customer service! Very friendly, kind, and professional staff.

I ordered a book and paid full price plus $9.44 after getting many notices that it was in the mail for about a month...I got an e-mail stating that it isn't a book but it is on line. I never wanted it on line. They said they would refund $20.1? to me and they don't return the postage.
So they illegally keep postage and just pocket it.
Went online and see they have 42 complaints already . I wonder how many they would have if everyone that got takesn would write a complaint.
I made the order on Dec. 12.2025 and it is Jan 21,2026, today and the 1st time I was told it was an online book.

The master classes are helpful.

I cannot say enough good things about the team at Livingood Daily! I didn’t get a chance to pause my monthly shipment and saw it hit my pending transactions with my bank. Shortly after turning 50 a few years ago I was diagnosed with 3 different health conditions that had stopped me from moving and left me feeling depressed and hopeless. After several years of inactivity and comfort eating I found myself over 200#! My normal weight was about 165 so this was a great extra burden along with my health issues. I tried and failed at dieting several times, I even tried Ozempic and it just didn’t work for me. I by chance stumbled across Dr. L.’s videos on YouTube last November and decided to start trying some of his suggestions from my own kitchen & local grocery store. To my surprise I started losing weight, about 2#s per week and around week 3 my arthritis pain started getting better. I’ve kept following Dr. L.’s videos and since Halloween I’ve now lost 28#s and no more arthritis pain! 😁 The regimen has boosted my energy level and I no longer feel hopeless but happy and motivated to keep following this journey. I decided to try the ramp up night fasting along with the Livingood Collagen powder & Liver + Gallbladder cleanse support and last week I lost 7#!! I’m 100% sure my liver is now functioning and I’m going to continue to take better care of it and also myself in the future. Not only does Dr Livingood have great products, he has great advice and information. I have been more than happy with anything I have purchased from him. The quality of the omegas and turmeric are so amazing that I was able to get off of my pain medication.

I was really impressed by how much support this site provides. There are so many resources available to help users reach their goals, and customer service was incredibly responsive and helpful right away. Although I didn’t end up using the platform as much as I had hoped to continue the service, the support system alone speaks volumes about the quality of the site.

I accidentally forgot to place the apartment number on the address for an order I sent to my son. I realized when it was finally delivered, that it was delivered back to the sender. I immediately sent an email to the support team informing them of my mistake and they canceled and reordered right away and corrected the address for the future. The team was quick to respond and very helpful. Now hopefully in a few short days, my son will receive his supplements.

Especially since Covid, I do not want to take unnecessary medications, I want to know if I am able to get to the root of my issue by living smarter, eating right and this is what Dr. Livingood does. For example my cholesterol number was high, and he showed us how to show my Dr. the relationship of my good cholesterol to the overall, and my Dr. has not put me on medication. The service is great too, if I have an issue with a shipment, the Customer Service gets back quickly and fixes any issues. Great info, trust the product and great service too.

I’ve been working on clean eating for the past 2 years. Dr Livingood had given me a deeper understanding of hidden toxins in our foods and some great recipes. I’ve been encouraging my friends to dive right in too.

I have been purchasing DLG products for over a year now..I had a shippment where the collagen powder decided it wanted to be free!!HA! It spilled in the shipping bag...I notified customer service and they offered a return and refund right away....even if you buy DLG on Amazon, the service is just as amazing!! I had an issue/question about my order and contacted customer service through their chat. They were quick to respond and helped answer my question and resolved the issue I was having in a timely manner.

I needed to make a change to when I’m receiving my supplements and was unable to do it on the website. I contacted the help desk and they were able to go into the system and fix the issue.
