The product is obviously a scam

The product is obviously a scam. Doesn’t take out impurities from the skin but it is a simple peeling product. Careful because the black one is quite strong and irritates a lot.

My complaint is not about the product

My complaint is not about the product, although I have not had a chance to try it out. My frustration is that I ordered this while in the US to my grandmother's house. When I was finishing entering in the mailing address and clicked order, the website mixed my billing address together with the mailing address. So it had my Swiss physical address with the city of Bismarck, ND. I noticed immediately and sent an email to them. I asked them to cancel it and/or correct the address. I expressed that I was only in the US for a week and I needed them to do this asap. It took about 4 days to get the first response back. In between, I got shipment notifications. I can't even understand how they could create a label with the post office as there is not such address. When she responded it was "Hi dear, do you want to change the address?" URGH. She did not read the message. I asked her if it was possible to redirect to my Swiss address because at this point it would never make it to my grandmothers house in time. Nothing. No response. My first email was on the 9th of Sep. She responded on the 12th. I responded immediately. I sent another email on the 14th, 15th and then on the 20th I demanded a refund. On Sep. 22nd, they responded, asking for my order number. I sent all of this in my first email. I spent over $100 dollars on products I am likely to never receive. This is a very unprofessional company. I would proceed with caution.
