I recently travelled to Istanbul from the UK to have Vaser liposuction and a full tummy tuck. I chose Dr Murat and his team because from day 1 of making contact Ilyas provided an open line of communication, he was there to answer all of my questions and put me at ease. There was no pressure to choose them. I had a video call with Dr Murat prior to making my final decision. First impressions were this team were very knowledgeable and personal and now post surgery I can honestly say they were just amazing. What Ilyas told me would happen, did happen. The care provided was just fantastic. If you’re worried about the language barrier, the nursing staff in the hospital have nailed the fine art of translate on their mobile phones! Post surgery Nurse Havva came everyday to check on me, dress the surgical area and she was so lovely. The team is 100% for their patients and want to deliver the results we desire. I am really excited to see what the next few months bring and how my body takes shape and through taking regular pictures and sending them to Ilyas they keep a check on my progress too. Cannot recommend this team enough - they are AWESOME

I recently travelled to Turkey to have Breast Augmentation surgery. After a lot of research I decided to have Dr Murat Polat as my surgeon. Ilyas was amazing from day one and was extremely informative showing a huge amount of knowledge on the process. Nothing was ever to much and this continued until after the surgery when I returned to the UK. The care I received whilst in Turkey was amazing and I knew straight away I had made the right decision. Dr Murat Polat made me feel at ease straight away and ensured I was happy with everything at every step. After surgery the amazing care continued with daily visits from the nurse. I would definitely recommend this amazing service to anyone looking to have surgery and would encourage you to get in contact with Dr Murat Polat, Ilyas and their amazing team

Excellent experience from start to finish. Ilyas was really supportive and helpful in coordinating the entire process. Dr Murat helped alleviate any concerns at the initial consultation too, and visited me a few times after the surgery, which I really appreciated. Happy so far but recommend that you be realistic with what you want.

I had my surgery last summer and everything went wonderful. I like my results and I’m very happy.

I had breast surgery with Dr. Murat a month ago. I am very satisfied with the result. Before the operation I was afraid of the pain but I had no pain. I was able to go back to work after 2 weeks. The advice was also very good. I'm very satisfied. The team was also super nice.

My experience with doctor Murat and his team was great. He answered all of my questions and let me have all the say in the final decision on my breast surgery while giving his professional opinion. His staff also took my health very seriously, & while performing all preop exams it was found I had an upper respiratory infection. My surgery was pushed back and I was given all the medication I needed before we proceeded. This definitely gave my comfort. The hospital stay and staff were also all very pleasant. I plan on coming back to go a few sizes up down the line. Thank you to dr Murat and his team.

My experience with Dr. Murat was great, from 1rst contact with Ilyas who was so supportive, answered all my questions and did all the organization, to the hospital staff. Dr Murat is kind, sharp and very straightforward. The only downside was that the nurses in the hospital don’t speak English, I had to stay for more nights and was hard to communicate, they use Google translate which is ok but when you’re in pain or throwing up or dizzy from medication, you can’t really think on typing in Google translate, communicating basic things like, please slow down or don’t pull my arm so hard because it hurts, is not really possible. The hospital team was super super kind and professional, as well as the facilities, top notch quality. I had another person accompanying me who was treated super nice all the time we stayed at the hospital, my person also helped me with translations with the hospital stuff. Overall I’m really happy with my results and how Dr. Murat handled my surgery. After, I had the absolute best nurse, provided by Dr. Murat’s team, coming to my hotel to provide with massages, she spoke English and helped me so much post op. I was quite sad to leave because the job she was doing on me was so so good. I’m also super thankful with Ilyas for his patience and kindness and all his help arranging transports, extra days in the hospital and the hotel but also for providing a safe space. I would 100% recommend Dr. Murat, he has years of experience and it shows.

I had a lower body lift and a breast uplift on the 22nd of August. I had previously booked surgeries with another company and I had a bad feeling about this company. I researched myself and found Dr Polat I’m so glad I want with my gut instinct everything was perfect. The hospital was clean and quiet. Dr Polat was really lovely and professional. Ilyas was amazing at arranging everything for us, After being discharged from the hospital, my nurse Havva was amazing. She made me feel amazing every day. She is a real asset to the company and I can’t thank the whole team enough. Please do not be tempted to go for the cheaper option. Go talk to dr Polat he has everything that you need along with many years of experience.

I would recommend Dr murat Polat and his team they really are a team nothing was any trouble everything was organised including transfers in lovely cars everywhere.

In particular our co-ordinator Ilyas who was available 24/7 and the lovely nurse Havva who came everyday after our surgery to our really nice and central hotel after we left hospital.

I came as a companion with my sister who had tummy tuck and breast lift and she even squeezed in veneers with a brilliant dentist that Ilyas even came with us.

I had upper and lower blephraplasty and i'm very pleased with my results 6 weeks after, no more hooded heavy eyes for me.

Our recovery was so good we even got to wander out after a few days and enjoyed dinner in local restaurants and the odd burger king as well.

Very positive experience and we really liked Istanbul and the people we met, including all the lovely staff in the hospital we were treated so well.

I can not recommend Dr Murat Polat and his team enough! From being met at the airport by our private transfer which took me straight to the hospital where i met the very sweet Bader who i was in contact with leading up to my procedure. I underwent all my pre-op medical tests Bloods ECG and X-ray before hand. Then i got to meet Dr Murat, at this point my anxiety was terrible it all seemed very real. But he put that to ease as soon as we spoke about the procedure and he explained and answered all my questions and hesitations. I then was taken to the Hotel which was great from the rooms to food and drinks.
Early the next morning the transfer picked me up, i met with Bader and Dr Murat, they got me ready…before i knew it i was back up in my room with the wonderful staff who looked after me on my road to recovery. I stayed one night in the hospital and then back for 5 nights at the hotel. Post surgery recovery every morning a lovely Nurse called Havva came and cleaned my incision’s then did a lymphatic drainage massage which was painful and uncomfortable due to bruising in the beginning but is a must as you get a built up of fluid from the liposuction. You will need to carry on these massages once home I have booked in 10 and i can see a huge difference the swelling/bruising and fluid have all subsided and my body is finally taking a sculpted shape.

So from the beginning to the end I have to say I was very pleased. Let me start off by saying yes I’m real no I wasn’t paid or even asked to leave a review. Im doing it because of the great service I was offered and experienced. More people should write reviews because then you’ll know who is a good surgeon and who is not.

I started communications with Layda and was a little worried at first because I’m coming from America and English is my primary language and didn’t want a language barrier stopping me from getting exactly what I wanted done. Let’s just say Layda made me feel as I was communicating with a friend of mine from her sweet personality to her great work ethic. She didn’t make me feel uncomfortable one bit.

I’m a guy looking to do cosmetic surgery and that’s hard to even just say.

Well everything was great from the beginning to end as I said.

She booked my consultation with Doctor Murat. The conversation was great and he built a game plan for me that worked perfectly.

I flew from America and everything was taken care of from the transportation to hotel and hospital. Also the blood work the changing of currency and everything else I needed was taken care of.

Now for the procedure
Went completely smooth. Obviously there’s pain and at times I was uncomfortable but that’s what happens when you do any surgery. It’s been 5 months and I wanted to wait to write this review to make sure everything is good and so far it has been great. Dr.Morat is an artist. He did a phenomenal job and I’m very pleased. Even after the surgery the doctor has been in contact to check on me and make sure I’m healing well. I’ve done everything they have told me and I’m extremely happy.

Dr Murat Polat and his office assistant manager Layda made my visit and surgery extremely comfortable and pleasant.
I reached out to Layda via WhatsApp and she was always prompt in responding to my questions. She was incredibly kind, sweet, and patient, and she answered all of my questions in detail, helping me feel confident about my decision to have surgery with Dr Polat. She is so sweet and wonderful.
I had the opportunity to meet Dr Polat the day before my surgery. He is an amazing doctor, very professional and easy to talk to, caring and good hearted surgeon.
After my surgery, during my time at the hospital, Dr visited me twice a day and were always available to answer my questions. He showed great care and thoughtfulness, and I felt like he were truly invested in my recovery.
Layda also visited me multiple times a day and was always there to lend a helping hand. She was truly amazing and sweet, and I am so grateful for her care.
The hospital staff was also very friendly, helpful, and treated me like family.
Doctor Polat nurse Have provided me with lymphatic massages and treated me with kindness at my hotel after the surgery. She is very nice and caring.
Overall, I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr Polat ( He is Number ONE) and his staff specifically Layda are truly the best and I would highly recommend Dr Polat to anyone considering plastic surgery.

Then I made a contact with Ilyas via WhatsApp
I always received an immediate answer to my questions.
As it was promised, I was picked up from the airport.
The preliminary investigation was successful. On the surgery day (31.08.2023), I met Dr. Polat. I told him what are my expectations and he suggested what is best for me based on my body.
After surgery Ilyas arranged to hold me two nights in the hospital, Since I went alone without a companion. The staff in the hospital were very friendly and helpful, and treated me as a part of their family. I thank to all nurses and staff in the hospital. At the hospital every day Dr. Polat came and checked my situation. After two nights staying at the hospital, the driver picked me up and two nights I rest at the hotel, called sparkle hotel. Everyday, a nice nurse called Havva came to the hotel to remove the drain, help me taking a shower and getting massages. The price for massage were not included in the package and patient must pay separately.
All processes were very professional.
The massages and treatments were excellent.
On the day of departure, I was again greeted by Dr. Murat Polat investigates. It is now one week after surgery that I’m writing this Feedback, and it is still too soon to talk about the final result. But I would tell by now I’m satisfied with my result. In future I can definitely judge better, although I trust Dr. Polat and his professional team.

I was very nervous about getting surgery. I went back and forth with my decision in the few days before my surgery was scheduled but ultimately decided to go through with it. I am very thankful I did! Dr. Polat and his assistant Ilyas were very supportive throughout the process. They answered any questions I had which eased my concern. The days following surgery were a built difficult for me but they were able to accommodate me in the hospital for a few more days until I felt ready to go home. They also provided a nurse who did check ups as often as I preferred where I was staying. Overall, the service was great. I am also happy with my results one month after the surgery but look forward to seeing final results with time!

So where do I start. First let me say im a guy, yes guys get lipo and tummy tucks too. And honestly it was one of the best decisions to do so. Took me a while and tons of research before choosing a doctor and so glad I did because im extremely happy with the outcome I got with Dr.Murat. Not only was the staff helpful, kind, attentive but very accommodating. Tons go through your head when you come in from a different country to do cosmetic surgery trust me I know but the whole experience from start to finish has been very easy and enjoyable.
