It was a wonderful experience, my stay in this very quiet and equipped house, its location is very close to the city center, you do not need transportation, it was a wonderful experience

It was a nice place to stay. We stayed in one of their studios in Newcastle Under Lyme last year and we really enjoyed it. Everything was clean and it felt like home. We'll really come back in the future!

My stay in Newcastle Under Lyme was great. The wee flat was very clean and had everything that I needed. The system for collection and drop off of the keys is really handy. Totally recommend this place and I will definitely be returning.

It was a very pleasant stay to say the least.
The room was clean, towel and all toiletries were new and provided.
No hassle whatsoever, they had cart to carry all your luggage. Key collection and drop was easy and convenient.
You get access to a full kitchen.
All in all you get everything you need.
There was a mistake on my part with the booking but they were really helpful and and accommodating and solved my problem instantly.
Definitely recommend it. You won’t get a better option specially at this price range.

My room and toilets were clean as soon as I arrive which madw me feel like I was staying at a hotel and I was provided with towels, shampoo & conditioner, and 2 bars of soap. It was very convenient to travel back and fort at city central and its only less than 5mins walk away from the central train station. The host were very interactive as well which came in very handy. I would highly recommend staying here and will surely come back again

It was a nice experience. The cleaners made my room feel like a hotel room. Perfect with your own toilet, and the kitchen was kept clean.
Close to shops and train station to London.
I’ll definitely come back!

Excellent for me clean and all you want

Take an I pad or lap to for tv but I was out all the time it is Chelsea

Car parking is more expensive in the area than the apartment park elsewhere

Beautiful apartment that can fit 6 people very comfortably with plenty of private space for all. Well furnished and definitely not short of bathrooms. One suggestion would be to provide instructions on how to use the heaters esp for guests who come from countries who are not familiar with the use of the heaters.

A great stay all round. Lovely property, attractively decorated, well appointed and very clean and comfortable perfect location - close to the City Centre.

Location was perfect as just a stone throw from the shops and the apartment was faultless. Perfect for our needs.

Location is excellent. The kitchenette has everything you need. Bed and bathroom are clean and tidy. Can see the whole Newcastle city from the window. Lighting and cabinet is modern and new. Everything is perfect, except:

1. Floor needs to mop. Hair and dust bunnies everywhere.

2. To check-in, we need to have a 15-minute walk to the petrol station, get the key, and have a 15-minute walk back to studio.
To check-out, we need to walk 15 minutes to that petrol station again, return the key, and walk 15 minutes back to the city centre.
It is quite a pain to walk 30 minutes each time, especially when you are with large and heavy luggage(s). There is room of improvement on the check-in / check-out process.

Our stay at the apartment was very pleasant. After an initial hiccup with the check in (the entrance itself is a bit hard to find, especially after hauling your luggage to get the keys at a different location first), we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the flat was. It has everything you might need for a short stay and the balcony is a very nice extra! The location of the flat is pretty central, in walking distance to Piccadilly. The communication with one of the hosts was perfect, he replied in no time and was there to help with anything! Would stay here again!
