So easy and stress-free. Just felt that these guys really knew what they were doing. I felt that the fee charged was appropriate for the intricate and detailed work done. The drone was returned safely within the time scale stated at the beginning of the process. The quote was the final bill - no hidden extras! Communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend. Would definitely use again although hope to avoid crashing in future!

Wow. What a company. A company that you can trust to do a great job. Gave me 2 quotes. 1. For needing repair to my gimbal and the other for repair for my landing gear. As well for the gimbal. Obviously I chose the 2 repairs. Unfortunately I inundated them with emails but each time they came back to me within minuites. Now that is great costomer service. Got my Drone back within weeks. And working as new. If you need a repair job fast and efficient then Drone Dr is the place to go go go.

The Job was done effectively and efficiently, a bit far and hard to find but minor compared to there available drop off and pick up methods.

I LOVE DRONE DOCTORS! DJI WHO? They did exactly what they said they would and MORE! When I got my drone back few weeks ago, I wanted to change the propellers but DJI had tightened them so tight, I couldnt remove them. I spoke to Drone Doctors about this and they said no worries we will help you. They sent me a screwdriver that fits amazing with the DJI Drone and it worked a treat! So thank you very much for that.

They then said If that didn't work, to send it in and they would fix and replace for me FREE OF CHARGE! Which is super nice.

Thanks to everyone at Drone Doctors especially Sheldon, who called me on Sunday to put my mind at ease.
