Excellent service, friendly, valuable, I contacted James he gave me the choice of dropping my drone off or sending via courier I dropped it off in person as I was 25 minutes away from him, he diagnosed the problem, inspected my drone for more damage which they was more damage, he fixed it within reasonable expense, will definitely use him again or will recommend to anyone that needs him or his service.

I recently had my drone repaired by James at Dronedrop Off, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the very first message, James was incredibly helpful and professional, providing detailed updates throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, answered all my questions thoroughly, and kept me informed at every stage of the repair.

The turnaround time was impressive — the repair was completed quickly, and my drone now works perfectly, just like new. The quality of the work is outstanding, and you can tell James really knows his stuff.

Messaged a few different places to repair my drone but James seemed to have the most knowledge. He was honest with his diagnosis and the cost of the repair/replacement so it was a no brainer to use drone drop off.
