Very happy with the results and the service
Scott called me promptly after I enquired and was very helpful and clear about how they could help. He arranged to visit our property to provide the quote, which was welcome given our unusual roof shape.
The work was completed as agreed and the roof now looks much better, lots of photos were provided to show the work done and everywhere was left tidy.
I'll continue to use Drone Exterior Solutions to maintain my moss free roof!

Very professional – exceeded expectations
I did a lot of research before picking these guys, and I can’t rate them highly enough.
Scott and his staff were very professional, covering the surrounding area with tarps to catch any falling moss etc. They left everything spotless.
Nice to find people who exceed expectations.
My roof now looks as good as new.

Roof clean
We had a roof clean done, just to the rear roof elevation of our house. No more moss dropping on our patio and really pleased that it was removed by scraping only. Communication was great, the team were friendly and polite and tidied up perfectly. Highly recommended

First class work
We contacted Scott to clear our gutters at the front and back of our property, the back being difficult to access. the gutters were cleared and we were advised about issues with the downpipes at the front of the property. A later appoitment was made and the downpipes were replaced. The work was carried out to a high standard and we were kept informed and updated at all stages of the work. Droneexterior solutions will be our go to company for any gutter work needed in the future. Highly recommended.

Excellent service
Excellent service from initial contact to completion of the work. Scott responded to my initial enquiry for a quote very promptly, turned up at the agreed time to view the work required ( clean the moss of a large roof, replace broken tiles and mend a leaking gutter) and got a quote to me within 24 hours. Only had to wait a few weeks until the work could start. The work was carried out very thoroughly by Scott and Luke - they also treated the roof with a soft wash to reduce moss regrowth and cleaned the gutters, fascia and soffits. Cleaned up and removed all the moss and waste. Would thoroughly recommend.

OUTSTANDING!
We live in a small private road of 9 houses and the roadway has block pavers along its 100-200 yard length. At 15 years old they were very grubby and stained so we asked Drone Exteriors to clean them up for us.
The job took 2 full days and Scott, Luke and Wayne did an OUTSTANDING job in many respects.
They were very punctual and turned up when they said they would. They worked incredibly hard for over 8 hours a day, using a handheld wand to clean every paver individually. Their attention to detail was amazing, tidying and cleaning any mess as they went along and last but by no means least, they were all genuinely nice guys.
Considering the amount of work they did, we consider the cost to have been great value for money.

Job done efficiently, effectively, unobtrusively and without any fuss.
We had solar panels on the roof for many years. Pigeons began to nest in the space between the panels and the roof tiles. Pigeon droppings kept falling on to the lawn, the gutter overflowing. Bird eggs and other ornithological detritus on the ground became a constant feature on our lawn and an unbearable nuisance in the garden as well as being a potential health hazard.
Drone Exterior Solutions fixed a discrete netting to prevent pigeons accessing the space under the solar panels. They also applied spikes on the ridges of the roof to prevent birds roosting along there.
Twenty five years of accumulated moss and algae on the tiles were removed manually using a trowel without using pressure washing. A biocide was then sprayed to prevent regrowth of algae.
Other companies that were contacted had suggested putting up scaffolding to do the job. One even wanted us to procure a cherry picker for them. Instead, Drone Exterior Solutions used ladders and completed the tasks, efficiently, effectively, unobtrusively and without any fuss.
