Absolutely fantastic customer service. An ESC I purchased came with a manufacturer defect, and within around 15 minutes of back and forth emails explaining problems, I was informed that I would be sent out another ESC ASAP. I will be purchasing my FPV gear from here from now on.

Just excellant, i missed my address off an order once, DJ phoned me to verify. Recently i emailed with a question, the answer cost them a sale...what company these days does that? good honest advice over chasing the pound note.........
