dronestore.se is SCAM
dronestore.se keep insisting to force sell me something i did not order.
The drone they sent me is not the one i ordered and doesn't match the description, it is also defected and the specifications displayed on their website does not match the drone i received at all.
It is my right to have consumer guarantees that the product will be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and match any description or sample provided.
The discrepancy is significant and not working as described and its missing features that were advertised.
Misleading Information, the product description is inaccurate.
I therefore rejected the product they sent me and demanded a refund or replacement.
They refuse to refund me or even replace the drone with the one i ordered.
I can also see that they have redesigned and edited the specifications on their webpage of the Mini 3 drone (removed maximum distance and video transmission range and some other technical specifications). This is proof that they have bad intentions.
Very sneaky, greedy, dishonest and fraudulent company.
Their web shop is scam. Be careful, avoid this shop at all costs.
PS: Once you open the box the warranty is void according to their terms and conditions, meaning that if the drone inside the box is defected or not the same as the one you ordered you WILL NOT get a refund or a replacement.
