Arnaque. They hacked a site and got my credit card number, and took 349€, luckily bank switched on and they stopped my CC and refunded me. Beware.

Worst customer service! Bought a drone from them and when it arrived I discovered it was too small for the purpose I needed it for. Contacted them for a return address to return the drone with no joy. They refuse to give me a return address. they claim an immediate answer on their chat page, Jean-Mark sends broken links for you to speak with their “customer service” refuses to assist further by ignoring texts in their page. I’ve sent multiple emails to talk to them and have this resolved. No replies, absolutely and completely unhelpful. DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP/ SUPPLIER AND OR ONLINE STORE!

Absolutely terrible customer service received drone after 3 weeks and the controller didn't work
After many emails and uploaded video's of it not working still we haven't received a replacement and now ignoring emails. 😡😡😡
