Zero stars, ordered a drone never received it, scammed me out of £200.

Do not use this company!

Ordered a drone for my son’s birthday. It didn’t arrive for weeks. I contacted them and they agreed to refund if I sent it back. I sent it recorded delivery and signed for. Asked for my refund and no response. There’s no number to call and they will ghost you. Zero stars!!!!

Don't sign on anything with this company they got my details and my bank has got them for fraud with two payments over hundred pounds only think they did it as something to do with Amazon advertised mystery box

Same here, drone doesnt work. tried to contact customer service. No response.

I have already written a review regarding this item! I have been trying since then to return this and been ignored and also emails sent to me in French! Surely there is something that can be done about this company considering the amount of negative reviews for the same things! They are a horrible company, please avoid at all costs!

Dreadful customer service. I have been asked to fill out the same form 3 times and I get the same email response from ‘Sarah’ the obvious bot. I was seeking a refund for an item not received. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I have no product and no refund.

If I could give zero or negative I would

Purchased a drone during December 2023 and was promised a delivery between 5-10 days.
Received no tracking or confirmation number though email once the purchase has been made
Emailed the company email (which is supposedly available 24/7 7 days a week) for an update on the item as I then had tried to track the parcel through the shop app and Royal Mail and no such number was recognisable- received no reply or acknowledgement
Emailed the company asking for a refund as it was now middle of January and still not item had been received or no tracking number given for me to find its whereabouts
I was then sent a request refund form (all in french) once I had actually threatened to take legal action through a firm to get my money back
No acknowledgement of whether they had received this form or not
I then received the item - even though I’d requested a full refund and cancelled the item altogether
In a word the drone is un-flyable!
Exposed wires, battery and blades that evidently have no intention of being able to fly- and the only reason I was sent the item in the end is so they could justify that I couldn’t get a full refund now as the item had extended its 15 day warranty (baring in mind I didn’t receive this item for 3 weeks.

Stay clear at all costs, better off with curry’s and taking out finance with them if you fancy something higher tech

Shouldn’t even be giving this 1 start. It should be minus. Drone arrived 2 weeks after purchase. Feels so cheap and it’s extremely light. It doesn’t even connect to my phone either. Really annoyed that I didn’t read the reviews before I purchased this. £170 down the drain from this scam of a company!

I would recommend that anyone thinking of throwing their money away to these fraudsters think again.
This is an absolute scam.
They say that they are a British based company.
They are not. The goods are sent from China, the money is banked in China and any correspondence you may be lucky enough to get comes from France.
I ordered a Dronetech Lite with an extra battery on 27th October 2023. They promised delivery within 15 days. After multiple enquiries to their email address and their live chat site, on the 1st December I contacted my credit card company and received a full refund. On the 5th December my drone turned up. This was advertised as a 249 gram drone but only weighs 75 grams including the battery. It only flies in one direction, backwards,and will not gain height. I emailed them that day and although 90 days have passed , am still awaiting an answer.
The problem with writing reviews about SCAM businesses like this one is that you have to give a star rating first and the minimum is one. For scams like this one there should be a minus star rating or at best zero.
For anyone reading this review I suggest that you read some of the other reviews on trust pilot before you throw your money away.
Please do not believe the reviews on the Dronetech site as these are just pure fiction probably posted by the scammers.
Also, lost in their terms and conditions they state that you can have a full refund if you return the item within 14 days of purchase.This is impossible to do when it takes 39 days to receive the goods.

Would give zero stars if possible. Worst customer service possible, essentially non existent. Poses as UK website but appears to be based in China/HK. Website falsely advertised 72hr delivery, arrived over 2 weeks later, attempted to cancel order before late delivery, was not possible so now dealing with automated replies and forms in French which all come to nothing. Still waiting for a return address to be provided to organise a return and refund. Process approaching 2months and counting.

Do Not buy DroneTech;
- tech OK
- instructions awful / non existent
- Chatbot awful, completely disregards your questions / issue
- Customer service dreadful, 3 online forms now completed an NO response to any
- I am out of pocket and lost in 'limbo land'

Got a drone from dronetech, took over two weeks to arrive and on arrival, the drone doesn't connect to my phone, worst thing about is there's nobody to speak from the company for assistance £250 pounds down the drain

Awful company.
Recived my drone. It came with a controller that was different to the instructions and again different to the online instructions.
Contacted them in December. Not recived any contact from them other than the copy and paste email they sent to anyone who contacts

I am kicking myself for not reading reviews on trustpilot and as a result Iv lost £300, Ordered drone it eventually arrived after 3 weeks but arrived to late,I ordered from here as the delivery was apparently 72 hours, I returned to sender but have waited for refund for 5 weeks now. There is no contact phone number and they keep sending out an automated email asking me to fill out a refund form which I have filled in 4 times already, it is all in French. Customer service is rubbish, this site is definitely scam. I hope this review stops anyone from buying.

Can anyone give me the return address to dronetech so I can send my piece of crap that cost £299 back please 🙏

Klarna refunded me. Dronetechs drone was branded WISE X not D.T
this was my argument. I opened a dispute on these grounds, sent pics of the drone and added a link to trust pilot reviews . HOPE THIS NEWS HELPS !!

I finally received the drone i ordered for a christmas present, after paying the extra for premium delivery and insurance.. to late. I have not even open the the package, I have returned 1st class recorded and sign for at the other end, I have ask for a full refund. I shall keep you updated with this. But if the email replies are any indication i am not holding out much hope. Hopefully they will honour my return and refund as quickly as they take the monies.

My partner bought a Drone Tech Pro for my christmas present, the item was delivered late which meant I was unable to open this on christmas day as she wanted. When openeing the product it has the feel that it is made of cheap plastic and not very robust.

The drone is advertised as having a 6K camera yet it is awful quality.

Batteries say up to 35 min of flight time. My partner purchased an extra battery so we can fly for longer. When launching the drone, it took ages to read multiple documents that had to be translated from French to English and trying 5 different IOS apps.

When I eventually got it working, 1 battery got about 2 mins of flight time before saying it was about to die and the other battery about 5 mins of flight time.

I have tried multiple times to contact their customer service for a refund but no reply from anyone so far.

My partner sent a few emails about the apps not working and got a generic auto-reply about something unrelated to our query.

Went on their live chat on their website and even though it says "immediate response" they are not replying despite multiple messages.

They have replied once which told me to email, not a good experience at all.

Drone Tech - If you do see this review, please tell me the return address as I have your faulty product packaged up and ready to send back so I can get a full refund.
