Do not trust this company at all. They will not help get there customers there product. They only want your money. I explained my situation 4 times to there help team and they clearly dont want to want returning or potential customers. Its a shame they are pushing on sending customers to there compeditors like "Rocket Fuel."if you see this DropFx you failed in your pleaseing the customer in your solution department. Without customers you arnt a company

I have requested that my subscription is cancelled and stop all orders being delivered and know I have a order that I hadn't ordered therefore you are forcing me to purchase your item and your bulling and their ain't a return address, defrauding. So I'm asking the bank to counteract the process of a bank refund to my account

Ordered on Thursday, deal came out Friday, wouldn’t honour the deal even know hadn’t been shipped yet, and was out of stock, whoever you email didn’t want to know me.
Can’t get a reply from the company, would never purchase off the website again…
Extremely poor customer service.

My rating is actually a ZERO! They took my money and I didn’t get a thing from them. Total scammers-beware of purchasing from this company. They blocked me on FB and wouldn’t return my emails.

I ordered on 28th of September almost 2 months ago . Never received my order , no email back from dropfk customer service. Don't order

DropFX has been a horrible company to deal with.
I ordered several products, and 3 days after purchasing they send an email saying they are out of stock for SEX WEEKS and offer a discount code to spend MORE with them. So they are out of stock and their website is still taking peoples money with no notice/warning that they don't have stock.
I have requested a refund 4 times, and the company keeps responding to ask what I want to do.. I have lost my patience with writing "refund my money!".
The company has not shipped any items, and 4 times I have requested proof that items were sent - They wont give a refund because they say my order was "processed" - But it seems processed means "we took your money, too bad".
I have disputed this with my credit card company and will fight for a refund since I paid in good faith and have received nothing.

I wish I had read more reviews before I placed my order, based on many reviews I have zero confidence in this product or the company behind it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

they operate dishonest business practices. I ordered this product, waited nearly a month for it to ship. When nothing happened I contacted them to cancel and get a refund.

They then asked me not to cancel, and to wait for stock. I declined. And then they told me I couldn’t cancel any more as they had part shipped the order (they just created a label didn’t actually post anything)

They take your money and have no product to give you , they send you email saying you will have to wait 3 months because they have to make it , it's a scam

Im very pissed off right now. I ordered 2 bottles of Drops in like July, only to have 1 of the bottles "backordered". So instead of sending the other bottle to me, they waited to send them at the same time. About 2-3 weeks ago i received a package that contained one bottle and a packing list that said there were 2 bottles inside. There wasn't! I immediately emailed company and they said the other bottle or "replacement" bottle was on the way. Well where is it? Hasnt arrived yet again. This company is a joke and a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

I took one drop and I thought I had been poisoned I throw up mucus was coming out of my nose and up from my stomach it was like bio the pain in my throat and nasal and stomach if I didn’t calm myself down I very nearly was going to call an ambulance this company should be shut down disgusting

I give them a negative -10⭐. Had to put one to satisfy this website. Do not order!!! I say again DO NOT ORDER. I PD FOR NO PRODUCT WHAT SO EVER NO ATTEMPT TO SENDING IT. NOW THERES NO RESPONSE WHEN TRYING TO CONTACT THEM. Started July 2 was order date I wrote them got one response and then silence after. There a joke I feel Robbed.

After waiting over a month to receive my order, I sent an email with my information and asked why it hadn't arrived. I was told they were out of stock and it would be 4-6 WEEKS before they would have it again. There was no product, but they took my money anyway. After requesting a refund (which they offered, at first) all I got was the runaround and attitude. I had to have my card company contest it to get my money back, and the company sent me a nasty email afterward because of it. Very bad experience!

How the f they have 3 star on TRUST pilot. They have 3 time 1 star ?

I ordered both the Think and Hustle Drops and when I had a question they responded right away, but neither did anything other than a strong mint taste for a minute or 2 so I asked for a return label which was provided and I returned them the same day I got the label. They have had the return for almost 3 weeks and no refund and now no response to any email since.

Ordered THINK Drops from Drop FX. VERY professional looking website. Anyway, they were the most nasty tasting things I have ever put in my mouth. Taste like pure peppermint oil and what you would imagine Turpentine would taste like!! I seriously thought I was going to pass out. Immediately asked for return label. Emailed promptly to me but the return label has “insufficient address “ according to the USPS. Called the company number and was promised a new return label but this has yet to show up in my email.
