I like the product, I've been using it for years and decided to try the new DropIt for Beers. I ordered two bottles for wine and two bottles for beers but one of the bottle had leaked and soaked all the interior of the envelop.

Edit: A few hours after posting my comment another order was kindly sent my way to make up for the defect in the delivery. I haven't received it yet but just for the care towards their customers I changed my initial grade to 4 stars :)

Delivery was impossible to track. I sent note to company. They replied immediately and fixed the problem. They offered several options to rectify. Then actually sent extra product free.

I only got one drop container and was expecting two? The packing slip said both tasting drops and regular drops. I’m pretty confused why they are two different things- that isn’t super clear on the site. Haven’t gotten a chance to use the drops yet.

Bought on the 22nd, tracking number shows still not shipped yet by the 30th. Cannot recommend this vendor. Too slow to respond and ship.

EDITED: I did reach out to Colin who explained the local post office had been having intake problems. He refunded me and sent me 3 bottles via overnight UPS, which I received. I’ve left off a star as it seemed like the post office issue was previously known but I wanted to acknowledge the customer service effort and that they are a small mother-and-son business.

I have been using a squirt of Drop It, and a glass of water after, and I no longer have leg cramps after drinking wine.

Delivery was prompt and I'm excited to give for Christmas gifts!

I can’t not write my opinion because I don’t receive the drop yet, the only opinion I have Wright now is that it take to long to arrive

Drop It works like a charm! Could never drink red wine because of migraines but now I can!

After the delivery debacle, it was nice to open the bag and discover an extra bottle. Very very nice, I had planned on giving 2 as Christmas gifts, but now I can give 3! I love this stuff. I'm finally able to drink red wine after many years not being able to.
As for improvement, maybe try the post rather than UPS.

Incredible customer service. My recent order was sent back to sender for some unknown reason. When I contacted dropitwine to resolve the issue Colin could not have been more understanding, accommodating, and generous with his resolution. Thank you dropitwine for not only an amazing product but backed up with awesome service.

I love wine, but it doesn't feel the same about me. For me, it isn't the sulfites; it's the histamines. The side effects are terrible and unpredictable. My boyfriend found Drop it, and it has changed my life. It really works.

This product has eliminated my headaches and believe it or not, as a breathing issue, this product has eliminated my morning problems.
I used to gasp for air, and I was advised by the VA to give it a try and it works.

We've been using Drop It for about a year now and just am amazed at the difference it makes. We just purchased the drop it for beer and look forward to seeing how that also is effective. Always receive it very quickly in the mail and appreciate this great product!
