From my previous review. Your office did contact me (Rick) and i did pass on my concerns about the 'blemish' on the glass on the window. I was told this was covered in our warranty! I also mentioned the KUBU system and what we expected was not what was installed, and what is installed does not work. I telephoned and messaged the sales rep and he didn't respond to me. I'm not sure what other information you need. I'm not putting my address on this post. I would have thought you would have my details.

Following our meeting, we clarified how the Kubu Smart Security system operates. As discussed, Kubu is an intelligent monitoring and alert system designed to notify homeowners of security events and door status; it is not an automated locking system.
During my visit, I offered to assist with setting up the Kubu app and system so you could benefit from its features, but you chose not to proceed at that time.
I would also like to apologise for the communication issues you experienced. It is clear that we did not respond as promptly as we should have, and this does not reflect the level of customer service we strive to provide.
We genuinely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve. Should you wish to discuss anything further or require assistance with your Kubu system in the future, I would be more than happy to help.

COMPANY POLICY is all they quoted!!!
Went into the showroom to have a look around, and get a rough estimate. I didn’t even get a chance to get a price off this company. The lady who came up to me, was polite, but asked if I was married and then informed me that the company policy is to not give quotes unless both parties are together. When I told her I just needed a rough estimate to see if it would be able to be done this year, or if I would have to save a little more and do it next year, and then myself and my wife would make the decisions together, she was not interested. “COMPANY POLICY” is all she kept saying.
Well……. Because of your company policy, I went to another company, they gave me a rough quote, I then arranged to have a home visit to talk through options. Instead of just buying new windows, I purchased doors and a porch too. Actually spent around £25000 more than I was planning. THANK YOU MALBERN WINDOWS for looking after me.
So well done on your company policy, you have lost a customer in myself, and I have lost count of the amount of potential customers I have told about your company policy.
Not sure where you get the EXCELLENT TRUST PILOT RATING from. As this was far from my experience.

The reason we normally ask all homeowners to be present at an appointment is not to create pressure or make things difficult. Quite the opposite, we aim to ensure that everyone involved receives the same information, can discuss the options together, and can ask questions at the same time. We pride ourselves on providing a relaxed and informative approach, and many of our customers specifically comment on the lack of pressure throughout the process on all our review sites.
That said, every project and every customer situation is different, and in hindsight, we should have escalated your enquiry to a member of management rather than allowing the conversation to end where it did. For that, I apologise.
I am sorry we missed the opportunity to assist you, and I am naturally disappointed to hear we lost your business. However, we do appreciate the feedback, as it helps us improve both our communication and our processes moving forward.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. The engineer (Wayne) was punctual, professional, and went above and beyond to get my door fixed. Worked efficiently, he took the time to explain what needed doing and made sure everything was working properly before leaving and left everything tidy. The door now works better than ever. Fingers crossed it stays this way, I am 100% reassured that if problem does arise, they will do everything they can to fix.

Mike and Jack replaced my front and back door, and the kitchen window. They’ve done an absolutely fantastic job. Highly recommended. Good service and product.
I’ve been wanting to reduce the urban sounds of my central Manchester flat for a while so I gave DG a call. They were rapid with responding and good communicators throughout. The salesman was courteous and clear of the offer also. The installation team were on-time and done within about an hour.
Droylsden Glass aren’t the cheapest but the quality of the solution shows. I got the 6.8mm glass for my master bedroom secondary window and it’s reduced traffic to a whisper and I imagine (on match days) the crowds will also be very much reduced in noise. Sirens still make it through (though are definitely reduced) so I’m going to buy some acoustic curtains which will further reduce the higher pitches that are designed to pierce everything!
I have a smart ring which analyses my sleep and it has registered far few micro-awakenings throughout the night and this is almost certainly down to the secondary glazing that’s been installed. I am seriously considering getting it installed in my living room which also faces the main road (again, it won’t be cheap but it *will* work!)
I would recommend the service and product offered by this business.

I really wanted to give a 5 star…
I really wanted to give a 5 star review, but there were just some little things that have tarnished the experience a little bit.
The positives: my first enquiry and subsequent meeting with the sales rep were great. Some little hiccups with communication after the surveyor but in fairness the issues were resolved well. All questions sorted the order was placed.
I ordered a full set of windows and 2 external doors. Communication was good, updated with a provisional fit date as promised. Then a call that the doors were ready early and could be fitted ahead of schedule. Fabulous! Doors were fitted within 48hours of the call and I am delighted with them. No mess, no fuss a lovely job done.
Windows next, fitters arrived as discussed and got to work. Very friendly, worked quickly and efficiently with minimal intrusion. Happy days. In fact I was very impressed they finished in the promised time frame as they’d been delayed a little by the job before mine.
Now the not so great, some may say I’m being picky, you expect dust and a bit of mess of course, the chaps clean up as best as they can and that’s ok, but, the dirty hand prints on my walls and doors were annoying (what can I say, I’m fussy like that).
The other not so great. I tried to email regarding a down pipe I think was knocked when fitting an upstairs window (it happens, I’m not mad about it), couldn’t get the email to go through so emailed account department instead who replied to say it had been forwarded on to the installation team. Still no one has reached out and I have water pouring out my down pipe at the moment.
All this being said, everyone I have dealt with from Droylsden Glass have been friendly and professional and I would happily recommend them.

We have just had new windows…
We have just had new windows installed by Droylsden Glass and from the Salesman, the Surveyor and Fitters everything went smoothly. They arrived on the day we arranged and worked tirelessly until the job was completed. The Fitters (Mike and Jack) cleaned up after themselves, they were very courteous and answered any questions we had.
