I would like to thank my life coach Lakshmi for guiding me through this entire process and been always encouraging to get me back on track when I slip from my goals. I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with this incredible fitness and weight loss journey.
Working with my life coach Sheetal has truly been transformational—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. What stood out the most was their personalized approach. Instead of restrictive dieting, she guided me to make smarter, wholesome food choices. I shifted to balanced, nutritious meals that kept me full and energized throughout the day. One of the biggest wins for me was saying goodbye to those constant energy crashes—I now feel consistently active and focused.
A special thanks to Raghavendra sir and Anusha for helping me with my fitness journey. They didn’t just focus on workouts/ meditation but helped me build a sustainable lifestyle.
And of course, seeing the scale move has been incredibly motivating—I’ve successfully lost 6 kgs! As for me, the health improvements go even deeper—my HbA1c dropped significantly from 6 to 5.1, and all my cholesterol numbers have reduced by half and are now well within the normal range. These changes feel even more rewarding than the weight loss. But beyond the numbers, it’s the confidence, discipline, and healthier relationship with food that I truly value.
Now here’s the unexpected plot twist in our household—my husband, who wasn’t even part of the program, started benefiting from these lifestyle changes just by eating the same wholesome meals. His blood pressure, which used to be a concern, has now become completely normal!

I have been part of the New Me program…
I have been part of the New Me program for 6 months and I am extremely grateful to Dr. Pal and his team because the results are really amazing.
When I started the program, my HbA1c was 7.8, triglycerides were 420, had very low energy, and I was dealing with cervical radiculopathy. But at the end of 5 months my HbA1c came down to 5.8, triglycerides to 105 and other blood parameters were normal. During this journey, I’ve lost 27 lbs and several inches from my waist. Most importantly, my energy levels are back!
Initially, following all the pillars wasn’t easy, but with my coach Sudeepti’s guidance and patience, it gradually became a lifestyle. I’m especially grateful to her for her constant support, motivation, and encouragement throughout this journey.

She kept educating me about the gut friendly foods and supported me throughout the process. Because of my surgery I was unable to attend the fitness classes. Thanks to Anusha Mam for her wonderful meditation classes. Thank you all for sharing their stories and motivating others. The best thing Iam taking from this program is avoiding the late night snacks which was my regular thing before joining the program.

I have been following Dr. Pal’s YouTube videos for the past 3 years to learn about health. Later, I joined the 3-month program and submitted my blood reports and lifestyle details.
My coach Jennifer guided me very well throughout the journey. After reviewing my details, she advised me to first focus on the gut repair program step by step. This made me feel that the team truly cares about people’s health, not just money.
The communication and follow-up were very good. Jennifer supported me personally and helped me improve my long-standing food habits. Having someone to guide and keep me accountable helped me stay consistent.
Within 2 months, I lost around 2.5 kg and reduced my hip size. More importantly, my bloating, gas, and gut issues have improved a lot, and I feel more energetic now.

I was part of the 3 month program and…
I was part of the 3 month program and found it to be an enriching experience. I was looking to change my overall lifestyle i.e. nutrition/food changes, sleep cycle changes, water intake. Just half way through my journey I experienced a transformative change in terms of energy levels, body is tightening and leaning up, loosing extra fat. The overall experience was great. I was assigned a life coach who was very helpful and patiently answered all my questions, monitoring my daily routine and suggesting improvements. Definitely would recommend to my friends, family and generally to join at least a 3mo program. You will not be disappointed. 😀

I follow Dr.Pal on instagram and had attended the Webinar to gain insights. I joined the program, and I paid for the 6 month course. I uploaded all relevant docs requested like blood work and lifestyle issues i face etc. Leena, my health coach was absolutley a star in guiding me throughout. Once she reviewed this, she suggested that I do the gut repair program first and move step-by-step. I was enrolled into gut repair program which costed me less, and was refunded money. Made me realise they are not after money and this team genuinely care and do want people to improve and self-sustain. Always great communication and follow-up. Leena personally coached me and helped me reset long standing food habits. Accountability to someone external gives you a push to maintain and improve. I have lost 5kg in a month but moreover, my bloating, gas and gut issues seem to be gone and i feel very energetic.

A complete wellness program, a life changing experience
Hello, I am a 46 year old and have been obese since last 10 yrs, I had an open heart surgery in 2023 after which I reduced some weight in the next one year, but went back to my old habits and put on weight around 92 kgs which also raised my sugar levels to 6.6 for the first time in Nov 2025. My wife heard of this newme program through Dr Pal’s podcast and she suggested I try this. I was hesitant in the beginning but never had any experience of such a program before, so wanted to try once. And I am so happy that I made that decision. It’s not even 3 months but I have lost around 7 kgs and my sugar levels have dropped to 5.9. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my coach Poovizhi for all her guidance and support and regular daily check-ins and weekly connects that helped a lot to consistently stick to the goal and make necessary corrections throughout the program, and Dr Ram for the monthly feedbacks. Also the various knowledge sessions from Dr Pal, dietician, and mental health sessions were eye openers on a much needed lifestyle change in our busy monotonous life schedule. A special mention to the fitness sessions on mobility, strength training, meditation which completes this well balanced great wellness program which is highly recommended. In addition the maintenance program is another plus to sustain this change for a longer duration until it becomes our daily routine. NewMe Program and its Process is Powerfull and sustainable
I’m Aishwarya, full time IT worker, small business owner and mom of 2 kids. I started my journey this January 2026 as part of a 6-month program, and I’m completing 3 months this week.
One small but meaningful moment happened at (wholesale grocery store) recently.
Before Newme: The grocery store gives samples to taste, I eat everything, including junk. I feel like I can have 1 or 2 samples, once in a while, and that too sample size I can have them and it won’t harm me..
After Newme: Over the three months, I consciously choose what I eat. At the grocery store this time, I noticed I didn’t even try 1 sample ( there were donut, cake, pasta), no one in my family also asked me if I wanted to try one, I think they realized I say NO.
One interesting thing happened. There was another sample: Salad..
My 6 year old told his dad that take this sample for amma also ..”she eats salad”
I looked at it and said no.. it got dressing (added calories) also and moreover I don’t feel like eating. ( Because I had my balanced meal 2 hours ago)
I want to share this as meaningful moment because this choice came naturally and easily to me now, not with any willpower or constraints or sacrifice. That was the WOW moment and how NewMe program and process helped to achieve this.

The last 6 months have been a life changing experience. From being always struck in a cycle to finally be able to break the barriers and be successful, it’s been a great journey. Constant push from my life coach Jennifer was the primary factor in this journey and I’m grateful for her support.
My Journey to Better Gut Health
I discovered Dr Pal's New Me program through friends and used it for two months to address my gut issues. The program was customised for my dietary preferences, and working with someone familiar with Indian food groups made a significant difference from my previous experience in the USA. My coach, Gayathri, patiently guided me through various aspects of the program and supported me during challenging days, offering encouragement. The approach went beyond just food choices and diet—it encompassed a holistic perspective on gut health, including regular exercise, good sleep habits, and improved mental wellbeing. Over these past two months, I've gained valuable insights into my body and what works for me, allowing me to maintain these new habits in the last two weeks and feel equipped to stay on track for better gut health.
Grateful for 8 Weeks That Changed My Health
I wanted to share my experience with Dr. Pal’s treatment program. I’ve been dealing with gut issues for over 10 years, and joining NewME has truly helped me better understand my body and identify which foods were causing bloating and frequent bowel movements.
I’m especially grateful to my coach, Rashmi, who consistently tracked my daily food intake based on the details I shared in the Excel sheet. She adjusted my diet every week, experimenting with different foods and quantities to find what worked best for me. Her expertise, responsiveness, and dedication were outstanding.
In addition to the dietary guidance, I also participated in yoga, strength, mobility, and fitness sessions. The staff is highly knowledgeable and made excellent use of every session.

Had ibs and gut issues and anxiety.. they gave all around support , diet , exercise, life coach . It took back to complete body good health in a week.. I enrolled in Dr. Pal’s NewMe Program for two months and initially planned to take a one-month break before deciding whether to re-enroll. First of all, this program is not meant for quick fixes, and that’s something they clearly emphasize. The focus is on the six pillars of health and building sustainable habits.
I’ve been an ardent follower of Dr. Pal for the past two years, which is what motivated me to try this program. Before this, I tried several diets and HIIT programs. While they worked temporarily, the weight usually came back once I stopped the diet. What I was really looking for was a sustainable approach to health and weight management—something I could maintain long term.
A big thanks to my GUT coach, Gehna Sree, who was extremely patient and helpful throughout the program. She took the time to explain different foods and guided me on strategies to maintain the right macros. One thing I really appreciate is that this program doesn’t rely on pills or restrictive diet plans. Instead, they analyze what you normally eat and help adjust your macros accordingly. Because of this understanding, even when I go to restaurants now, I automatically balance my portions and food choices. That awareness and discipline around eating has been the biggest win for me from this program.
Another important aspect of the program is its focus on strength building, endurance, stress management, and sleep routines. These are areas we often ignore, but they play a crucial role in overall health and well-being.
In two months, I lost 15 pounds without any extreme dieting, which felt both achievable and sustainable. My journey doesn’t stop here—I plan to continue working toward my goal of losing another 10 pounds.
