Amazing experience from start to finish. BEYZA is fabulous. Brilliant WhatsApp communication, great instructions and informative throughout. Kept us updated every day and communicated with plenty of notice. dentists Dr. Haydar Sasmaz and Dr. Alper Guncicek We’re professional and excellent throughout. Pleasent and painless experience. Our driver to and from the hotel and dentist was also great, everybody has been friendly and welcoming!

Rozhin made the process so easy from sorting everything for me and always making sure I knew what was happening the following days, the staff at the clinic are amazing and put your mind at easy, I wouldn’t go anywhere else

I recently had a tummy tuck and breast uplift through Dr. Pilus and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.

My surgeon, Dr. Ilker Cicek, was amazing. I saw him four times in total — when I first arrived at the hospital, just before going into surgery, the day after, and again on the day I was discharged. This was such a reassuring difference compared to other places I had researched, where you often only meet your surgeon once. Dr. Ilker Cicek was always friendly, took the time to listen to my wishes, reassured me whenever I had worries, and seemed genuinely proud and confident in his work, which made me feel very safe.

My patient coordinator, Ozlem, has also been incredible. From my very first message she was always available with detailed answers, reassurance, and support. She took me to the hospital, stayed with me for the first few hours, and made sure both myself and my husband understood every step of the process. Nothing was ever too much for her, and she really made me feel comfortable and cared for.

Even the driver and hospital nurses deserve a mention — the driver was supportive and kind, and the nurses, although they didn’t speak English, used translation apps and worked so hard to make me feel safe, especially during the nights.

Overall, Dr. Pilus as a company has been outstanding. The whole team went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for the level of care, professionalism, and kindness I experienced nthroughout my surgery and recovery.

The people who had to pick us up at the airport were super punctual and without getting lost. At the hotel, everything was correct and with all the comforts, as well as the appointment with the dentist SEZER and his team, as well as the pick-up at the hotel and the return, always attentive to give you the necessary information and the correct attention.

My teeth were in a bad way, and less than four months later I’ve had a complete transformation. I’ve finished my treatments and could not be happier. Well, what can i say about this clinic? There are no words to describe how amazing the team is and how well i was looked after. From initial contact from Rozhin, who is absolutely exceptional at what she does to the dentist staff!

I was treated like royalty. From the minute i was collected at the airport to every day, having my treatment done. Dr Sezer, wow! His communication was brilliant, and the results speak for themselves, I love my new teeth and actually cannot wait to go back to finish my treatment. I wanted a natural gorgeous smile and my confidence back, and that is exactly what i got. From hiding my teeth to now not being able to stop showing them off! They are just unreal! I was a patient of Dr. Pilius to do my teeth implants . I had four missing teeth and I also needed to do a bridge. I was well looked after by Ozlem who was my mentor and the surgeons and nurses. As I speak french and english and during my time in the clinic I was assisted by two good interpreters who were able to speak both languages fluently which reassured me.
The team is friendly and very professional.
I am very happy with the outcome I will definitely recommend Dr Pilius for anyone who would love to repair their teeth like I did.

I have been wanted to have my teeth done for about 20 years, I had always smiled with my mouth closed due to my teeth being bad. After some research I contacted Drpdent and had a lovely lady called Beyza that helped me with all my inquiries. In fact she would always answer what ever time and day any questions I had, she arranged everything all I had to do was book my flight. I was picked up from airport in a private taxi and taken to a lovely hotel. The visits to dentists was arranged and everything was so straightforward. The Dentists that dealt with me Dr Sezer Ozilem and Dr Haydar Sasmar was so good. They put me at ease and made sure that I was in no pain and that I comfortable throughout all my treatments. I chose a natural shade and shape for my crowns which they helped me choose. I can honestly say that it’s the best decision I have ever made and I am smiling showing my teeth. I highly recommend all staff are lovely
