Terrible customer service emailed start February as I needed to return as it states you can return I’ve had NO reply so I’m left with a product I don’t need or want. Don’t buy if you have no intentions of keeping anything..

They put the wrong address on the parcel.. but won't admit their mistake..
Ive contacted royal mail and they told me i will receive an email saying it wasn't delivered to my address.. but drpen-official doesn't care they won't reply to any of my messages emails or even to clearpay. Becauseive opena dispute. they're definitely not to be trusted im now looking into taking legal action.. or simply just give a refund..
