DRPEN.ME.UK is a fake website. Please do yourself a favour and avoid getting anything from the above website. I have placed order for over £200 and they cancelled my order stating that they have run out of stocks and money is being refunded in five days. It’s nearly two weeks, I have chased them up through multiple emails and no response. There’s so many bad reviews and it was my fault for not checking whether the website is a legit one. It does appears legit at time of purchase but it’s a fake company guys!!! Please DO NOT GET Anything from there

Please avoid buying from this company. Purchased order 4085 but didn't receive any communication/reply despite numerous attempts trying to be in touch with them with regards to the delivery. This is a SCAM!

Took my money, now don't reply when I ask how long my order is going to be. I wish I'd checked this firstly otherwise I'd not of ordered it. Don't believe it will come and I believe they are from China so it wont be official. Been on to my credit card company and pursuing my money back. I dont want a bloody copy even it it decides to come. I'm going to trading standards.. This scam website should be shut down once and for all!!

Absolute Rubbery as fake company. I did shopping and paid more than Amazon on their official website to have a year Warranty but the machine is dead and they don’t even answer my emails .
It is Chinese and fake item and worth nothing , pls buy from amazon or ebay and at least you have done security as from them directly you wonT be able to get anything.

Crap. Made an order, couldn't find the confirmation email as it went straight into Junk - probably a sign.

Couple of days later I received a mail which just said order refunded. No explanation or cover to say why, lack of stock, couldn't be bothered fulfilling order.

If you see an offer on their website just avoid. Chances are they can't fulfil the order.

Fake company selling fake pens . Avoid at all costs & spread the word about these people.

This is dodgy company. I bought the item which I had to return and have been emailing them for a month now, they are simply ignoring my emails. No phone number to call

look at the amount of negative reviews, stay away. Clearpay should stop provding payment options for them.

This isn't the real Dr Pen website, I ordered over a month ago, been emailing the company and just ignored. Total scam, never arrived.

The real Dr Pen website has the word official in it.

It took forever to receive the item. It states on their website that they are dispatched from the UK and takes 6 to 12 days to be delivered. After waiting till the 12 day still no item. After emailing the company several times they said sorry it's being dispatched from Hong Kong 😳 I was absolutely disgusted this is so misleading. After several more emails they said it's got lost in the post. Do I stated I would like my money back or you dispatch me another one the same day. And like magic I had my item in two days. I would not buy of this company again. So please be aware.

it has been a month i haven’t received my order. Tracking information isn’t valid and not working at all.

I have not received my order and feel like I'm being fobbed off on each email exchange. They have my money and I'm having to chase up for updates but still no joy. Give this company a wide berth.

Waiting times for parcels are long. The tracking information doesn't match. They gave me a royal mail tracking number and the parcel isn't even through royal mail. Weeks later I am still waiting on my delivery.

I still haven’t received my pen, weeks after ordering. Very unhappy, very angry.

On receiving pens I checked the authenticity code and it was not genuine. I have emailed company regards a refund and heard nothing

You cannot phone this company. Also delivery is very slow.
