My order was sent to the wrong address

My order was sent to the wrong address. Some how it was corredted the next day. This is my second problem, My 1st order was lost this was about month ago However Dr, Squatch did make it up by sending me .a double order to to replace my lost order.
Well done so I'm satisfied.

Dr Squatch smells great

Dr Squatch smells great! I use it at home, at work (I’m a firefighter) and I’ve given it to some of my buddies at work. Great variety and my skin doesn’t get irritated.

The product is great, shipper is horrible!

The product is fantastic, but your shipper is AWFUL!!! My package wasn't left at my door even though I asked them to. The second delivery attempt, the driver DID NOT speak English. I asked if they can just leave it at the door. Luckily my Brother was home and was able to meet the driver, who told him VIA an app the company isn't allowed to leave packages at the door.

This is horrible! If I'm at work, how am I ever supposed to get something shipped to me? The drivers not speaking English is also a massive issue because she couldn't understand me at all on the phone.

Please change your shipper, they are TERRIBLE!!!!!
