I love the product and smelling nice yet manly. The accounting team could do a better job managing the auto ship scheduling. Actually set the schedule to autoship and charge based on customer feedback... See more

Smells good and feels good thanks for the deodorant
Overall
Overall, it's soap. It's get you clean and leaves a good feeling. I also like a soap with a nice fragrance. Some have a solid scent, but some just have no scent at all outside of just "soap". I don't feel like the soap really leaves a lasting scent on me. The heavy grit is nice though!
I feel like I don't get much longevity out of each bar. So at $7 a piece, makes it a bit expensive. I like Squatch and will continue using it, but I am on the lookout for something better.
always on time and a great product
always on time and a great product. Only thing bad is there rewards program you have to spend more money to use it.
Great customer service
Great customer service! I didn’t like the product I ordered (I thought it was the same deodorant I normally buy) it was terrible but I love the product I normally purchase. They got it all handled immediately and shipped me what I originally had wanted.

I have recently become a massive fan of the Squatch Brand. I have no critiques - EXCEPT- currently I have 100 less points than expected when I go to apply discounts on my orde. I BELIEVE this may be due to a saved cart having a code using points applied . Meanwhile I am trying to use my points on a separate purchase but I believe since Squatch saved my cart and the applied points- it’s “holding” them there!
Quality is great!
Great deal, fragrances and quality are amazing. Processing speed was top notch as well!

Honest review
I recently purchased three different soaps from Dr Squatch to try for myself, and this is an honest, no-frills review.
First impressions: the pricing is high for what you actually receive. The bars are decent, but they don’t last particularly long, which makes the cost per use quite steep compared to soaps readily available in the UK.
In terms of performance, the soaps are okay but nothing exceptional. The scents are pleasant in the moment, but they don’t last on the skin as much as the branding suggests. Some bars have a nice exfoliating texture, but overall, they don’t outperform standard UK products that are far more affordable and consistent.
Where Dr Squatch really excels is marketing. The branding is strong, and they put a lot of effort into making the customer feel valued through constant communication, rewards, and messaging. However, this creates an expectation that the product itself doesn’t quite live up to.
Overall, it’s not a bad product—but it is overpriced for what it is. In my opinion, there are better-value options available in the UK that deliver equal or better results without the premium price tag.

I ordered 6 soaps and 2 deodorants and there is almost no scent to any of the 6 different soaps. I had ordered pine tar a couple of years ago and it was fantastic. This time, along with the 5 other scents they are almost entirely odourless, really upset and won't be buying again.

Worst delivery service I've ever dealt with as far as protecting customers orders
They always send my soap in bubblewrap packages even when my order is $50 or more leading to multiple bar of soap being damaged almost every single order yet when I buy just 1 stick of deodorant that cost $20 they send it in a box so it doesn't get damaged
Love the soap
