Great products and customer service

I love every Sturm product I have tried (super anti aging serum, face cream, face cream light, the good vitamin c serum, face mask, night serum, sun drops) they all make my skin look and feel great! I also love how the products are packaged. And I received excellent customer service from Kanval A, who provided very helpful and timely information and I really appreciate it.

Good customer service

I had a good experience with the customer service team , particularly with Sophia Z, she responded to my email promptly and went extra mile to help me locate my products. I was overwhelmed because I had lost my receipt but, with kind words she assured me that she was going to help and she did promptly .

I have had this brand on my wish list…

I have had this brand on my wish list for a few years and recently decided to treat myself to one of the discovery sets. It included seven mini sizes, and I added four additional minis, so I was able to try a really good range of their travel-sized products.

I went into this expecting to maybe find one product that I loved enough to introduce into my routine. Instead, I have ended up genuinely impressed by four.

The first was the Hyaluronic Serum. It absorbs into the skin within seconds and dries down beautifully, making it very easy to layer. Initially, I questioned whether something that felt so lightweight could be hydrating enough, but the real test was the following morning when I cleansed my skin. It felt balanced, plump and properly hydrated, which completely changed my perception of the formula.

The second standout for me was the Better B Serum. I struggle with enlarged pores, and after around five days of consistent use, I noticed a visible difference in the overall appearance of my skin. It looked smoother and more refined, which I was honestly not expecting in such a short space of time.

I was also very impressed with the face cream. I have oilier skin, so richer creams often sit on the surface and feel heavy. This one did the opposite. It applied smoothly, absorbed well and genuinely felt like a second skin, leaving my face comfortable and hydrated rather than coated.

Finally, one of the biggest surprises was the Super Anti-Aging Night Cream, which I received as a complimentary gift. It is easily one of the best night creams I have used. It feels nourishing without being greasy, and it works beautifully if you like to take a few minutes to massage your skin in the evening. By morning, my skin felt deeply hydrated and healthy.

What has stood out most is that, although some of the textures feel lightweight, the hydration is very real. You notice it when you cleanse the next day, your skin feels supple, plump and balanced.

I have been using these products for just under three weeks now, and my skin has genuinely never felt better. I also appreciate the ingredient quality and the higher concentrations used in the formulations, which makes the price point feel justified to me.

I initially thought I might fall in love with one product. Instead, I have found four that I plan to repurchase. Thank you, Dr. Barbara!
