Recovery can be an emotional process because your nose changes almost every day while healing, but they are always there to reassure you, answer every little query, and calm you down if you’re worried.

From the very start I knew I was in good hands. As we all know, travelling to another country for surgery and flying alone can feel scary and risky, but they made the whole experience feel safe and well organised.
