They did refund the money after a few emails.
I went to the Lyme summit last year May 2023 did not realize there was an auto pay connected to this. Never got a word from them until they charge me $97 in my bank account when I said I don’t want it. Please cancel it and refund me. They said oh sorry we don’t do that we sent you reminders and they showed me form letter reminders emails that have no date and no emailI never received any emails “gentle reminders.” this is a difference between a company that has integrity and a company that doesn’t in my opinion. Hope you didn’t know about the auto pay. Sorry we’re keeping the $97.

Re: Dr Talks. The interviewer was concise and questioned the important material that might otherwise be missed. The speakers were experts in their fields, very knowledgeable and interesting. The material was current and pleasantly surprising. When I emailed Dr Talks about getting access to my plan, Kimmy responded immediately and addressed my concerns.

I can research the information I need at my own pace, without the feeling that I must "buy" or "buy in" what is being delivered. I rely on my own intuition and judgment, what feels good for me and take into consideration the research done by professionals in the field of MS.

The Summit was well planned. Dr Kahn and Dr Fuhman were very good in guiding the interviews to make sure the public could follow. I was particularly interested in topics related to high blood pressure and also cancer.

Be very careful when you sign up for a summit and then get charged to an annual fee $97US
I Had been looking after my 92 year old mother who broke her arm and had not noticed emails stating they were going to take an automatic payment from my account.When I reached out asking for the amount to be returned 8 hours after it was taken out of the account they refused to refund stating it was their policy not to refund on automatic annual payments. They had sent reminder emails which I did not see.
Life has moments of compassion surely. I am an elderly widow and have only the benefit cannot afford the payment.
I phoned America to ask for a compassionate refund have yet to hear back.
I received an extremely compassionate response totally aligned with who I understood the values of Dr Talks to be.
I value and appreciate their dedicated work.

I have gotten so much fantastic information from a lot of health practitioners from the DrTalks summits. For me and so many others like me who don't have a lot of money, it's been a god send to be able to watch some of the summit's presentations for free. And when I've contacted them, they've been very responsive and helpful.

I was not aware of the yearly subscription cost and emailed the company for a refund and cancelation the same day the money was drafted out of my account. I called to speak with someone and was never connected to a live person. I left several messages for someone to call me and no response.
The information about an annual subscription is not obvious. I was finally informed through email they have sent gentle reminders of the renewal date. This is also how they trick you into purchasing without knowing there is a renewal. I found the emails since paying for the zoom recording to be mostly selling of products and not the information you on how to improve your health. So hence the gentle reminders are not as bold as pushing your products on us.
I would have never renewed this purchase if this was an obvious reminder. Be aware of purchasing anything from this site. They are not concerned about educating people. They only want to take advantage of you.

I regret purchasing Dr Talks. I paid for it to attend one event. A year later I was charged for an additional year. I immediately emailed that I wanted to cancel as I wasn't using it and no money was refunded. Charging for unwanted and unused services is poor customer service at best if not predatory. Even Amazon grants full refunds under there conditions.

I received reminders in the middle of the night and this am my account was debited 96.00 and I have never used this. When I reached out I was basically told sorry no refund.
This is not a good business practice. I had no idea I was set up for auto renew and not even enough warning to cancel in a timely manner.

Good information and possibly helpful but you wouldn’t know because although it is promoted as free for a limited time, they only share half of the interview which tells you what is causing chronic inflammation and what products and services could be used but they don’t share the second half of the interview that helps you find help, you must pay up front for that. Disclaimer previous dr talks have not been so underhanded, this one is the first to use these tactics so don’t judge them all by the silent killers pay up front approach.
