I recently underwent upper blepharoplasty with Dr Rishi. The whole experience from my initial phone call through to after my surgery was just exceptional. All the staff are friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. They keep you informed all the time and even weeks afterwards you can call them at any time on a WhatsApp number. I am thrilled with the procedure - I wanted it as natural as possible and that is what I ended up with. First class and would highly recommend

I had upper blepharoplasty with Dr Rishi back in January and I couldn’t be more thrilled with both my experience and my outcome.

I have suffered with heavy eyelids for years, and they were only getting worse. It was time to get the surgery done as my left eyelid was now affecting my eyesight.

On the morning of my surgery Dr Rishi went through the whole procedure in detail again with me and introduced me to the whole team. All of my questions were answered and I was very much put at ease.

The procedure only took an hour and was performed under local anesthetic. Throughout the whole procedure I was constantly checked on. When the procedure was finished I was moved to a recovery room where I was well cared for. Dr Rishi came in and we had a conversation about the procedure and then he gave me a mirror to look at the result. I was absolutely in shock at the amazing difference. It was unbelievable. It took 10 years off my face immediately. I was thrilled.

I went back a week later to have the stitches removed, but the recovery was so easy. I had the procedure done on Saturday and was back to work on Monday. Two weeks later I was back in contact lenses. My only regret is that I waited so long to have this done.

Dr Rishi and his team were the consummate professionals that I would recommend to anyone. From the original consultation to the aftercare I was always put at ease, given all of the information needed and now am left with fantastic eyelids that have taken years off my face. Absolutely thrilled!

Dr Sepi was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I had Botox, lip filler and Redensity 1, and she made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly, so I knew exactly what to expect at each step. She’s incredibly gentle, I had no bruising at all, and the downtime was minimal. I’m so happy with the results and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

I have struggled with severed Malasma for over 10 years, over these years I have been suggested many creams and treatments - none of which have been successful. To be honest, I have learnt to live with it and when visiting Dr Rishi for other non-Malasma related treatments, rather than trying to pitch me more useless creams and treatments, he has always been very honest with me about the difficulties of treating Malasma - that the only effective treatment is certain types of laser but that this treatment, although effective, is costly and does not negate the high likelihood of the Malasma returning.
However, upon my most recent visit to Dr Rishi, he excitedly produced a new -to my shock - cream(!) that he was very confident would significantly improve my Malasma. After the hundreds of pounds I've spent on useless potions and lotions that various beauticians and aestheticians have flogged me over the years, I can honestly say that Dr Rishi is the only person I would have trusted to sell me a cream that works. So I took the cream home and after about 4-6 weeks of use I genuinely could not believe the results, even more so considering that during those 4-6 weeks I went on a 2 week holiday to Australia! Had I not been using the cream, I would have returned looking like I had applied camo paint! I had completely resigned myself to the idea that I would have Malasma for the rest of my life, and it's genuinely a shock to see what my face looks like without it. Best of all the cream is cheaper than most of the other skin care products I purchase from Space NK. It's called Me Line 02 (day and night cream) and I highly recommend it (and the genius who is Dr Rishi) to anyone struggling with Malasma.

Yesterday, I had a minor surgical procedure to remove a long-standing lump from beneath my lip that had been there for quite some time and was really affecting my self-confidence.

My experience with Dr Rishi and his team has been nothing short of incredible, from the moment I first got in touch, through my consultation, and throughout the procedure itself. The level of service, expert knowledge, compassion, and friendliness was impeccable, ensuring I felt comfortable, relaxed, and completely at ease the entire time.
