Content is good; Practicum was impossible due to lack of maintenance
Theoretical part was good, sometimes was extended
Lunch was a buffet with big variety.
Practicum was a drama.
Lack of maintenance causes a summier course of PCRFB. Boats could not sail. During an explaination they were bikking & chipping next to us.
Quantity looks more important than quality

However, I’m concerned about the issues you raised regarding the practical part of the training. Quality is always our priority, and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can improve.
We will conduct an internal review to understand why the maintenance continued next to your training. We will reach out to you this week to discuss how we can resolve your training experience. Since you only mentioned the PSCRB Ref part, I hope the practical sessions for the BST and AFF were to your satisfaction!
