Also the staff working at Printing Department were very helpful, communicative, friendly and patient. Takes forever and the order is lost
I've ordered from druck.ar twice. The first time I placed 4 orders (2 orders of postcards and 2 orders of shopping bags), while 3 were done more or less on time, it took me literally one month of constant writing and nagging to finally get the postcards. I decided it was just bad luck. I placed 2 more orders next time. One arrived, the second is lost (even though I was billed). I wrote, I called, I complained - no result so far. I missed my deadline and still don't have the order. One of the worst customer experiences ever. As of Oct 13, the issue still has not been resolved.
