Some month ago I ordered some drinking bottles and in December, the lock of one of them broke. I wrote to Druke Mama’s about what we can do about it and they immediately reacted and sending me a new cap. What a fantastic service! Fully recommended.
Great customer service, medium-fast shipping (small company - not same day shipping, but within 2-3 days) and good tracking, great products.
I have bought various items here and all have been great. I'm a returning customer (placed about 6 orders in 1,5 years).
Would recommend: 10/10.
